Our clinic is equipped with an Ultrasound and X-ray. We also use a Pet Incubator which will temporarily give the necessary warm temp for the pupps. It has a temperature control system which disperses warmth to the pups evenly, eliminating cold spots. It has a built-in humidifier which ensures the newborn pup/kitten's safety..

How to Help Keep Your Dog’s Skin and Coat Healthy

You can take several steps to help keep your dog’s skin and coat healthy:

>Use a moisturizing shampoo when you need to bathe them, and avoid bathing them too often to reduce the chance of irritation and dryness.

>Give your dog a high-quality omega-3 fatty acid supplement to support their skin and immune system.

>Brush your dog regularly and check them for parasites after going hiking, to the dog park or after grooming.

>Keep your dog and other pets on an effective flea preventive year-round to reduce the chance of a flea infestation.

Don’t ignore hair loss in dogs, as it’s often an indicator of infection, parasites or another health issue. If your dog is shedding more hair than normal, or if the hair loss is accompanied by other symptoms, consult your vet to get a full picture of your dog’s health.

🔥Tips for preventing heat stroke in dogs and cats🔥

You can help to keep your pet cool and comfortable in summer by:

❄️ Make sure your pet always has access to a cool shaded area, both indoors and outside

❄️Restrict exercise on warm days (dogs should be walked early in the morning or later in the evening to avoid the hottest part of the day)

❄️Pack a water bottle on walks

❄️Remember, hot pavements can burn paws! If it’s too hold your hand on, it’s too hot for your pet to walk on.
❄️Never leave pets in a car or a hot room

❄️Ensure your pet always has drinking water available, adding ice can help keep it cool

❄️ Ensure your pet is regularly groomed if this is advised for their breed

If you suspect that your dog has heat stroke, seek immediate veterinary attention.

Always keep in mind that Prevention is always BEST.
