You will always be remembered Hachiko 🥹

The last photograph of Hachiko, the dog that became a symbol of loyalty, captures the depth of his unwavering devotion. This noble canine gained fame for his daily routine of waiting at Shibuya Station in Tokyo for his owner, Professor Hidesaburo Ueno, even after his passing in 1925. For more than nine years, Hachiko continued to return to the same spot, hoping to see him again.

His touching story, a true testament to love and absolute fidelity, has been immortalized in books, films, and monuments around the world. The final image of Hachiko conveys serenity and a dignity that remained intact over time. Today, his bronze statue in front of Shibuya Station stands as a landmark and an eternal symbol of the special bond between dogs and humans.

Thank you Doc Arah Virtucio for highlighting my trending case on Ivermectin Toxicity on the past years (I don't know the exact year na 😅) . Anyways. This is to educate everyone that using Ivermectin powder in dogs is NOT SAFE, not because it is prohibited in dogs (in fact it can be used to treat mange on correct dose), but because of the risk of OVERDOSAGE to dogs. So please better seek veterinary attention if you want to deworm you dogs or treat your dogs for ectoparasites 😁

At Day 6 Creations Animal Healthcare Provider, we believe that every animal deserves a chance at a healthy and happy life. While we offer a variety of veterinary services, one of our core missions is to support struggling animal shelters in Negros Occidental and, eventually, across the Philippines.

Right now, we are focusing our efforts on Mary’s Fur Sanctuary, founded by Mary Be Q. Timbol. This sanctuary is home to countless rescued dogs, but they are facing severe challenges:
🔹 Shortage of food supplies 🥘
🔹 Dogs suffering from blood parasitism 🩸
🔹 Lack of funds for medical care, shelter maintenance, and staff support 🏥
🔹 Even Mary herself is battling illness while trying to keep the sanctuary running 💔

Despite these struggles, we have been actively helping them since 2024, providing veterinary care and support. But we cannot do this alone—we need YOUR help!
