UPDATE: PAWS HAS FOUND THAT NO CRIMINAL CASE HAS BEEN FILED YET AGAINST AXLE KILLER AS OF DECEMBER 12, 2025

Despite information circulating online, through our volunteers currently investigating on the ground and who have been coordinating with a reliable source, PAWS has confirmed that no criminal complaint has actually been filed yet against the individual alleged to be responsible for Axle's tragic murder.

In a Facebook post today, PAWS Executive Director Atty. Anna Cabrera wrote:

“Can all those who post “Case has been filed” in the viral Axle (dog)-killing case take down their false update?

NO CASE HAS BEEN FILED as of today, December 12, 2025.

I do not know if this is a tactic to mislead the public. What we do know for sure is: no case has been filed.

PAWS is working - with great difficulty - to maneuver through all the roadblocks thrown our way but we are determined to seek ”

PAWS has already gathered more pertinent information, such as the details of the accused person, to further pursue the case ourselves. Please continue to stand with us in strength and patience as we work tirelessly, despite significant challenges, to push this case forward and remain steadfast in our commitment to seek justice for Axle.

Let's continue to work together to ensure Axle’s voice is amplified until justice is finally served.

Maraming Salamat po at ang BMS Biñan Mini CareHome for Stray Animals ang napili nyong Beneficiary ng community outreach program nyo po ( subject FCL 700 ). Mga KaBMS need help for transpo at vettings po may dadalhin po ko sa vet isang dog at cat po c Anton at Shiv pareho po silang hirap umihi at d na rin nakain yung kinakain ni anton sinusuka na din nya please help sa vetting at sa gagawing mg lab test sa kanila po
