Just in the month of May I saw these 2 cases again of escalator accident, ingatan po sana natin ang mga furbabies po natin. Buhatin po natin sila when taking escalator or at least suutan po ng shoes to protect their paws para maiwasan ang ganitong aksidente 🙂

Yes, this was a serious convo between us! She might be comforting and felt I am a bit tired? or I don’t know if she’s thanking me for saving her from her serious illness last March. It’s been nearly 2 months since i sent her home after her surgery and I am glad that she’s recovered well.

TW: Blood & Wound

Hello Furparents!!! I am posting to raise awareness with the incident we've encountered. Recently, one of our fur patient went to the mall to have some fun and relaxation with her family.

Our patient's paw pad hair got stuck in the escalator. Her mom was mindful enough to rescue her and help untangle it however the tissue surrounding the toe was severely damaged. The owner then went to us for check-up. My initial assessment on this case was to stitch the damaged tissue but if it did not end well we could've resulted to having this toe amputated.

We want you to be aware to PLEASE CARRY your dogs when using the escalator, if not have them wear their shoes all the time.

If this will happen to your own dog, please remain calm, apply pressure bandage to the wounded area and rush to the nearest vet clinic for immediate treatment.

We would like to thank the Furparents who allowed me to post these pics I have taken for the awareness of many and for trusting us with our work.
