Cats of Araneta City Our volunteer group aims to care for the stray, community cats in Araneta City, Cubao 💜 We are not a rescue group or animal shelter.

Our activities in Araneta City include:
- feeding and monitoring the stray cats
- facilitating kapon (TNVR) and other veterinary treatment for sick and injured cats
- rehoming cats or getting them adopted
- educating the public on animal rights and welfare

Please note that we do not take in unwanted or homeless cats. We are not organized and trained to rescue. We are simply volunteers who feed an

d care for the stray, community cats in Araneta City during our free time. HOW TO DONATE

Powder Update - Powder white mama cat and her kittens already have a foster home. Apologies for delayed posting. Nahirapan po kami to secure them. At first, Powder was nursing 3 kittens and the following day, she and her kittens disappeared so volunteers had to spend time looking for her and her kittens. Then when Powder was found, she was already nursing 5 kittens. It turned out that another cat, a black mama cat, gave birth nearby and the black cat was seen carrying in her mouth kittens that she stole, one after another, from Powder. It was also reported that Powder was seen trying to take back her stolen kittens from the black mama cat. To protect her kittens, Powder probably resorted to transferring her kittens to hide them. As soon as Powder and her 5 kittens were found, they were secured and sent to their foster home. Thank you to meowmy Alice for providing Powder and her kittens a safe home and providing for all their needs. We believe that angels suddenly appear when the need arises and meowmy Alice is one of these angels. We believe too that another angel will appear for the black mama cat we named Yvonne. Yvonne has 4 kittens and we, , are once more asking for your help to find a safe and caring home for Yvonne and her 4 kittens. SOS - Urgently needed - a home for mama cat we named Powder and her 3 kittens. They were abandoned in Farmer’s Market. We have no shelter po and no available safe area where to put them. They need a foster home or better yet a purrever home where mama cat can take care and nurse her kittens safely. Please message to give them a chance to have a better life.

In memoriam 💔😢🙏🏻Timmy passed away this morning po January 11, 2025. Hindi na nakayanan ni Timmy ang injuries na tinamo niya ng nasagasaan siya. He suffered injuries to his internal organs and his right and left hips were both fractured. These injuries caused him tremendous pain. He lived a very harsh and difficult life as a stray and it is sad to know that at the end he suffered even more. At least at the last few days of his life, he knew love and care. Marami po ang naawa kay Timmy and nag donate (donation list below). Your donations po make it possible for to help homeless cats like Timmy. Thank you po for your kindness and for sharing your blessings. Run free, healthy and happy in the rainbow bridge Timmy.

Star - I am like a star celebrity in my family. They always include me in their photo sessions and special occasions. Parang palaging Christmas and New Year every day in our home. My meowmy Julia makes sure I have plenty of treats and I never want for anything. My vaccines and de-worming are complete and updated. I even had my kapon surgery on schedule soon after I reached 6 months of age. I was adopted last May 2024 so this is also my first Christmas and New Year but for me, it is Christmas and New Year everyday! Please message to adopt a homeless cat.

Bonbon aka Happy - Happiness is a home. I was a sad kitten trying to survive on the sidewalk outside 7 Eleven Bonchon. Then, meowdad Ethan and his family took me home. What a big difference a home makes.

Happy aka Bonbon - Ang saya. Kasama
ako sa pasyalan and sa photo sessions to mark special occasions and milestones. Ganito po pala when you are a family member. I was a kitten trying to survive outside 7 eleven and Bonchon. Many passers-by took pity on me and gave me food. My meowdad Aethan was one of them. He adopted me last August 2024.
That’s when I became a member of the family. That’s when happiness began to rain on me. So my name was changed to Happy. Please message to adopt homeless cats and kittens and spread happiness in the world.

Addy - This is our first Christmas together, my meowdad Stephen and me. Soon it will be 2025, our first New Year together. He adopted me last September 2024. By this gesture of kindness, he turned my life around. Do you remember me? I used to be a homeless kitten outside Adriatico, Banapple, Starbucks. Now, I have a family, a home and a happy purrever-after to look forward to. Happy New Year po.

Adoption Uodate from meowmy Ann - Chives is our bunso kaya parang baby din when we carry him. Love na love talaga namin si Chives. When he was still a stray, he used to cross the street and climb up to the 2nd floor to get some love, attention and food from us.
