Pewee presented with clinical signs of head shaking, head tilting towards the affected side, foul-smelling discharge, and pain on palpation of the ear. Examination revealed pus exudation, leading to a tentative diagnosis of otitis externa. A pus sample was collected for microscopic analysis to confirm the underlying cause and guide treatment. Pewee returned to the clinic showing significant improvement, appearing happy and comfortable following treatment for otitis externa. The resolution of clinical signs highlights the effectiveness of the therapeutic approach and reinforces the importance of prompt diagnosis and management.
