Toad poisoning is a serious and potentially fatal emergency that’s more common during the rainy season here in the Philippines! 🌀🌧️

🐶🐱 If your dog or cat licks or bites a toad, they can be exposed to BUFOTOXINS — toxic chemicals released by the toad's skin that can cause severe reactions within minutes.

🚨 SIGNS OF TOAD POISONING:
🔹 Drooling or foaming at the mouth
🔹 Pawing at the face or mouth
🔹 Red, irritated gums
🔹 Vomiting
🔹 Difficulty breathing
🔹 Seizures
🔹 Collapse
🔹 Rapid eye movement
🔹 Tremors
