Beef Brisket Recipe 🍖🔥
Ingredients:
• 4-5 lb beef brisket
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 large onions (sliced)
• 4 cloves garlic (minced)
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 cup red wine
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Prepare the Brisket:
o Pat the beef brisket dry with paper towels.
o Season generously with salt and black pepper on all sides.
2. Sear the Brisket:
o Heat the olive oil in a large, heavy-duty pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
o Sear the brisket on all sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
o Remove the brisket from the pot and set it aside.
3. Sauté the Onions and Garlic:
o In the same pot, add the sliced onions and cook for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
o Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Prepare the Braising Liquid:
o Stir in the tomato paste, smoked paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
o Pour in the beef broth, red wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
o Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
5. Braise the Brisket:
o Return the seared brisket to the pot, ensuring it is submerged in the braising liquid.
o Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low.
o Cover the pot and let the brisket cook slowly for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
6. Rest and Serve:
o Remove the brisket from the pot and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
o Slice the brisket against the grain into thin pieces.
o Serve with the braising liquid as a sauce.
7. Garnish and Enjoy:
o Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
o Serve with your favorite sides such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.

PAPAITAN RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 lb beef heart cubed
1 lb beef small intestine cleaned
1 lb beef tripe cleaned
1/2 lb beef liver cubed
1 lb beef kidney cubed
22 grams Knorr Sinigang sa SampalocMix(optional)
1 piece onion chopped
3 thumbs ginger
5 cloves garlic crushed
3 piece long green pepper sliced
8 cups water
beef bile to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Procedures:
1. Wash beef tripe and small intestine. Boil with ginger and dried bay leaves for 45 minutes. 2. Remove from the pot and let it cool down. Slice into bite-size pieces.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until onion softens.
4. Add beef heart and kidney. Sauté until it turns light brown.
Put the tripe and small intestines into the pot. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. Pour water into the pot. Let is boil. Adjust heat to low. Continue boiling until beef heart and kidney tenderizes.
6. Add beef liver and bile. Stir. Cook for 15 minutes in medium heat.
7. Add Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Recipe Mix.
Put long green peppers into the pot and season with salt and ground black pepper. Stir. Cook for 2 minutes.
8. Ready to Serve and Enjoy 😉
