That feeling when you're having a very tough day...pressure sa work, pressure sa mga boss but still chooses to keep calm and silent para makapag focus sa mga tasks na kailangan ma accomplished. Sa tingin mo na walang nakakaalam sa mga pinagdadaanan at bigat na nararamdaman mo so mas pinili mo na tumahimik habang nagdadasal ng taimtim kay Lord to sustain you with His strength habang nagtatrabaho. Yung feeling na gusto mong sumigaw, gusto mong umiyak pero wala nang luha na lumalabas sa mga mata mo. Then suddenly, unexpected na may biglang yumakap sayo sa likod sabay sabi, "Chef Love, I miss you!".โบ Tapos maya-maya ay may nag-iwan ng coffee with a note sa station ko that makes me smile. Hindi talaga ako mahilig sa coffee but still I appreciate your sweet thoughts. Tapos nung kukunin ko na sana chopping board ko, may naglalagay ng dalawang oranges. Nung lumingon ako kung kanino galing, sabay sabi...."Ms. Love, kumuha ako oranges para sayo talaga yan. Alam ko paborito mo yan. Napansin ko kasi hindi ka nagbreak para kumain ng dinner kaya kainin mo yan."
These only proves that God sent angels to remind me that He hears my deepest cry and that He wants to comfort me like He's telling me, " My child, I'm just right here....be Still!" ๐

My own version of "Singaporean Chilli Crab" recipe using "Alimango".
๐Thoughts to ponder:
If you purchase a "live" and fresh alimango, kindly do not cook it directly to boiling water or to any heated pots and pans. Crabs including lobsters, shrimps and octopus are called sentient beings. They are able to perceive or feel things. So it's better that you put them to sleep first by washing off the dirt and put it directly to the freezer for about an hour or two or else overnight, before putting them on fire.

In my previous job, our head chef required us to buy and carry our own chef's knife on duty and kept it inside our knife locker after duty. Knives are very important to chefs and cooks. It is our bestfriend in the kitchen and also it is the basic building blocks of good cooking. So, I looked for an affordable and good quality chef's knife that suited my budget. As a chef, I'm very particular when it comes to footwear. I don't buy very expensive clothing or gadgets. Pero pagdating sa shoes, ok lang medyo pricey as long as durable sya and very comfortable isuot. In our profession as kitchen warriors, we are required to stand long hours of work. Kaya deserve ng mga paa nating magsuot ng comfortable shoes lalo na pag mahilig kang mag exercise, jogging or walking. I'm not saying that you need to buy an expensive ones...what I mean is, buy pair of shoes that is worth your money and efforts. So, in my case, mula ng nagwork ako abroad..."World Balance" shoes ang lagi kung suot and also my favorite brand.๐ I've got my first World Balance shoes year 2017 and lasted 4 years bago nasira. But not too much salt for the scallops and crabs kay freshly harvest man sya so just let the natural taste of the sea water ang maghatag ug lasa sa crabs and scallops while cooking. A healthy pasta made with love...โค
Pasta Aglio e Olio is made of regular pasta cooked al dente, sautรฉed in olive oil and garlic with shrimps.
