We knew our voices don’t make that much noise but still you heed the call. With that, please accept our heartfelt gratitude.

After receiving some blessings from a very few generous hearts, we never wasted a second and went straight to Libertad Market to buy some food for the rescues. We had some fish and some chicken for them to enjoy.

Because of your help we were able to buy some fresh meat and was able to rescue a kitten in dire need for help which we named LIBERTY (Derived from her rescue of origin, Libertad Market.) She was just one of the many. Everything in good deed will the purest intentions will always lead to something greater than we are. Let us keep it rolling!

“Our Paws Are Raised A Little Higher”

We are a couple of days away until we finally consume all the 8 bags of 20 Kg each dogfood donated by PAWSsion Project and 2 bags of 10 kgs each catfood from our donor BM. Though our paws had been constantly raised to the heavens, today we do it a little higher hoping that the heavens will notice us extra. Our stray brothers and sisters are also one with us.

We have no pledged donors nor a legion of followers. Our hopes and wishes rest on a few individuals who never abandoned us despite us being quiet and recluse.

We are currently indebted to two of our generous donors, 2 pet shops and a construction material firm. It’s a staggering amount of 22,000 pesos. We are just very grateful and gracious for the love and understanding through the years.

Yes, we are still here and we even work extra.

We advocate, we feed, we educate.

Our exposure towards the community in general always lead us to even bigger responsibilities.

Now, we are acquinted to 3 female cats whom the community abhore yet found solace and home under our care.

We are praying that they get spayed. We are praying for another round of free spay and neuter drives. However, as time playing on their card we can't help but be anxious of them getting pregnant anytime soon.

🙏Today we just had our last meal.

Today we just had our last meal. Gratis to Maam Mitzi Gamboa Tongoy for the catfood and Linsey Guron for the dogfood which sustained our rescues for a little more than a week.

Tomorrow is going to be another testament of how it is to trust in God.

We don't have regular donors. We just know a few people to tap if the need arises. We are always thankful for their heart and willingness to give.

We have unpaid dues and we are thankful for the understanding and the patience. Only if we have more than enough.

Today, God Turned Our Mourning Into Dancing!! ❤️❤️🐾

For the longest time that we have been so struggling with our daily existence; FOOD to be our immediate and daily concern. Today, God heard our prayers and touch someone's heart and gave us two sacks of dogfood!

Last night 3 kittens were rescued by a fellow advocate. They were dumped outside one of the subdivision at Brgy. Estefania. They were scared and definitely disoriented. Our rescuer have several dogs that are not acquainted to cats. The kittens are safe now but are traumatized every time the dogs bark at them.

They will be brought to the shelter for fostering later tonight. Anyone who would love to adopt the kittens are welcome! If you’d like to just foster them we’d also gladly welcome.

We only mean, “HELP‼️‼️‼️‼️💔🙏🏻🙏🏻

We may sugarcoat it into a photo that can be interpreted into a million ways. But the truth is, the plates were washed for the rescues to know still, that GOD WILL PROVIDE.

We just served our last meal last night. Today is general cleaning day and the cattos are all looking forward onto their day’s meal. So far, nothing is in the barn yet and waiting to be fillled.

45+ cats🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Help us feed them today and for the days to come. Our resources are limited and nothing more in our pockets to give.

Rationale:
We serve almost 3 kgs a day. 1 sack is 20 kilos @2795 Php good for just a week. Heldan Garden Sanctuary also serves 5 kgs. of dogfood a day. A sack is at 1700 Php for 20 kgs. is just good for 4-5 days.

Having no pledged donors makes it more worrysome for us knowing that everyday is full of uncertainty. But rest assured that we also bank stronger on the thought that, “God will provide.” Been more than a year now and our flag is still waving high.

They said, “Rescue only according to your capacity.” But can you just pretend and play dumb when the only boat afloat is yours while the rest are already by the bay or perhaps had already been drowned?

7 kittens were brought into the shelter just this evening. 3 of which are still feeding on milk.

We may struggle, but our situation is far way better than a thousand cats in some of the supposed to be “rescue shelters/facilities.” ◾️2 nights ago we were able to accommodate 5 rescue cats from a facility with very puzzling death reports. The cats are all caged and had never enjoyed the slightest freedom. We are urging all catlovers out there if you could at least open your house to foster one will be a great help!

These are the Bacolod Public Plaza kids. Among animal advocates they seem to be the “notorious ones.” But today, I get to talk to them and try to befriend them. It was very timely as I was also carrying a rescue that was reported for immediate rescue. I showed them the kitten and told them that I rescue animals that are in distress. I reiterated that if humans will be extra kinder, then we won’t see animals suffering from any form of abuse. I’m sure I made them swollow something as affected by guilt but not directly accusing them. I also get to show them pictures of the shelter and they were in awe! Showed them cats that were adopted and how lavish their lives are; they were dumbfounded. They just murmured, “Sana all cats.” Told them, if they choose to be kind and study hard it won’t be impossible to live lavished lives too!
