Real Howler! White Husky Puppies

While White Siberian Huskies are known for being long, lean and strong, White Siberian Husky puppies are known for being…completely adorable!

These puppies are small and fluffy, containing a very different type and texture of hair when compared to older Huskies. They get their “adult fur” around 6 months.

The White Siberian Husky puppy is also quite vocal and known for their adorable, little high-pitched howls.

🌟8-12 weeks - bringing your puppy home🌟

This is an important time for your puppy, as what they learn and experience now will shape their future behaviour. Your puppy isn't fully vaccinated yet, but it's important to continue socialisation by giving your puppy positive experiences like:

🐾Introducing them to other pets - let them meet other healthy, fully vaccinated dogs and cats.
🐾Carrying them around outside to introduce them to new people, sights and sounds.
🐾Gradually introduce them to other experiences, such as the car, grooming, being handled and having their ears, eyes and other body parts checked.

You should also:
🐾Begin to leave them alone for short periods to prevent separation-related behaviour.
🐾Establish a consistent routine and rules - reward good behaviour and ignore bad behaviour.
🐾Feed them the same puppy food as they had before and keep the same routine with small, regular meals.
🐾Continue puppy toilet training by rewarding them when they go outside

❇️Mostly Black Siberian Husky

A pure black color of the Siberian Husky is considered rare. The color allows scattering of white patches, mostly on the legs, face, chest, and tip of the tail. To be classified as this color, the dog's body must have a minimum of 75% black. Many huskies that are close to pure black will still have some markings in white. Pigmentation of the nose, lips and eye strokes should be strictly black.

Huskies are simply full of personality. She is a loving and docile companion, but she can be independent and willful. With early socialization and consistent leadership, she is a joyful and faithful addition to any family.

The Siberian Husky originated in Siberia and was first imported to Alaska in 1909 for use as a sled dog. Original breeding of Huskies by the Chukchi people of northeast Asia focused primarily on dogs with great endurance and tolerance of harsh climates. The Husky is fastidiously clean and has minimal doggie odor. They are a social breed that craves close human contact; due to this social nature, they do not make good watchdogs. Siberian Huskies are intelligent and have a innate desire to work; they are highly active and require vigorous exercise and space to run. Huskies make excellent jogging partners in cool weather! She is not much of a barker, but she is a communal howler especially when bored or under-exercised. The Siberian Husky is a generally healthy breed with an average lifespan of 11-14 years.

How Environment Impacts Appetite?

Though feeding your dog may sound straightforward, how and when you give your pet food can affect how much they eat.

To avoid picky eating behavior, Dr. Klein recommends creating a consistent feeding routine:

📌Set and stick to a mealtime schedule to the degree possible.
📌Leave food out for no longer than 15 to 20 minutes.
📌If your dog doesn’t eat anything, take the bowls away.
📌Don’t give your pet any more food or treats until their next scheduled feeding time.
