Applicants with experience is preferred.

Cashier Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure pricing is correct in all products
• Handle cash and online payment transactions with customers
• Scan goods and collect payments, Issue changes, receipts, refunds, or tickets
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Redeem membership points
• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment
• Maintain a clean and tidy store
• Keep reports of transactions
• Process returns and check to see if items are damaged
• Answer customers' questions and get a manager if the answer doesn't solve the issue
• Ensure the system's and physical stock inventory is accurate or tally and request replenishment if the stocks are below the safety stock level.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Reply to page
• Any other duties/tasks/projects as assigned.

Mama Chokee Origins

Mama Chokee Pet Grocer is named and inspired after my first dog, a female chocolate labrador, thus the name Chokee was born. Chokee is a good mama to her first and only 13 healthy puppies. She was very careful, caring and hands-on mam. Everytime she came back from walk, she was always excited to come back to check her furbabies.

Because of Chokee we am not just a pet owner but a dog lover instead. Inspired by Chokee, we have opened our first shop and promised to share a portion of our profit to feed stray dogs and cat.
