The weather hits caprioles - there are often only a few hours between rain, storm and sunny autumn weather. What is unpleasant for us humans is a real challenge for our animal companions. The first four-legged friends have already started to change their coat or are in the early stages of doing so. Especially during this time, the coat needs special care.

A special component of joint health is the green-lipped mussel.
It is rich in glucosamine glycans and omega-3 fatty acids. Glucosamine glycans (GAG) are sugar compounds that are not only found in the green-lipped mussel, but also in the joints. Here they play an important role in the elasticity of the joint cartilage and the gel-like texture of the joint fluid, so that the joints function as if they were lubricated. Omega-3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory.
However, not all green-lipped mussel powder is the same. Good quality is of decisive importance. The green-lipped mussel powder contained in cdVet products comes from New Zealand breeding farms, where only the muscle meat without the shell is processed. This is gently freeze-dried without being degreased beforehand, so that the important ingredients are retained as far as possible.

Cold and humidity
