Guidelines and mechanics of the contest;

1. The contest is open to all dog owners residing in Iloilo.

2. Registration period: January 14, 2025 - January 20, 2025. Strictly No walk-ins

3. Furbabies must be 6 months old and older and neither pregnant, in heat, nor have been diagnosed with any contagious disease.

4. One dog per handler.

5. Theme: “DINAGYANG VIBES”

6. Handlers MUST wear BLACK tops with NO accessories.

7. Diapers are required for pets within the venue. Owners are solely responsible for pet well-being, including waste removal, costume comfort, and overall needs.

8. The decisions of the judges are final and irrevocable.

9. Organizers reserves the right to disqualify any participants who violate the mechanics and guidelines.

Criteria for judging:

Creativity - 40%
Overall Visual Impact - 30%
Presentation - 20%
Audience Impact - 10%

Prizes:
1st Place - 4,000
2nd place - 3,000
3rd place - 2,000
