(دودھ اتارنے کیلئے کااستعمال ہونے والے انجکش کے نقصانات:❗❗❗-

:-
آکسی ٹوسن oxytocin یونانی زبان کا وہ لفظ جسکے معنی "سہولت، آرام اور تیزی سے پیدائش" ہے۔ آکسی ٹوسن بچے کی ڈلیوری کے وقت ہونے والی دردوں یا لیبر pain کے دوران دماغ سے قدرتی طور پر خارج ہونے والا ہارمون ہے جو رحم کے کے پھیلاؤ اور سکڑاؤ کیلیے تحریک پیدا کرتا ہے اس کے علاوہ جب دودھ پینے والا بچہ تھنوں پر منہ مارتا ہےتو اس وقت بھی آکسی ٹوسن خارج ہو کر میمری گلینڈ کے secretory ٹشوز میں تحریک پیدا کر کے دودھ کو تھنوں میں اتار دیتا ہے۔ آکسیٹوسن میں 8 امائینوایسڈ کی 1 ترتیب کےساتھ موجودگی اسے پروٹین کی طرح کا ہارمون بناتی ہے جو خون کے زریعے خارج ہونے والے مقام سے ضرورت کی جگہ پہنچتا ہے۔
اس ہارمون کا بنیادی کام سوڈیم آئینز کو مسلز کے اندر سرایت کرا کر ڈلیوری کے وقت رحم کے عضلات کے پھیلاؤ اور سکڑاؤ کےعمل کو کنٹرول کرکہ بچے کو برتھ کنال میں دھکیل کر ڈلیوری کے عمل کو تیزی اور سہولت سے مکمل کرانا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ اس ہارمون کا مقصد دودھ پیدا،کرنے والے سیلز alveoli کے اردگرد پائے جانے والے رکے ہوئے مسلز اور سیلز میں انتشاراور کھنچاؤ وغیرہ پیدا کر کہ دودھ کو تھنوں میں اتارنا ہے۔

بدقسمتی سے یہ انجیکشن پاکستان کے ہر گائوں دیہات میں بغیر کسی پریشانی کے ہرچھوٹے بڑے جنرل اسٹور یا کریانہ کی دوکانوں پر بغیر کسی ڈاکٹر کے نسخے کے باآسانی دستیاب ہے۔ لوگوں میں اس انجیکشن کی سمجھ کااندازہ اس بات سے لگایا جا سکتا ہے کہ جن کو اسکا نام نہیں آتا،وہ دوکاندار سے دودھ اتارنے والا، پسمانے والا یا سنگھانے والا انجیکشن کہ کر حاصل کرسکتے ہیں، اسکی بنیادی وجہ عام لوگوں کو وقتی فائدہ کا پتہ ہونا اور بعد کے نقصانات سے لاعلمی، زیادہ دودھ کی لالچ، دودھ نکالنے کے وقت میں کمی اور آسانی، کٹڑوں اور بچھڑوں کا دودھ بچانا وغیرہ اہم ہیں۔ لیکن بدقسمتی سے زیادہ تر عوام اس انجیکشن کے جانوروں کے ساتھ انسانی صحت کے نقصانات سےبھی واقف نہیں ہیں۔

سب سے پہلے اس انجیکشن کا جانوروں میں صبح شام کااستعمال دودھ اتارنے کے عمل کو تکلیف دہ بنا دیتا ہے کیونکہ اسکے استعمال سے یوٹرس سکڑتی اور پھیلتی ہے جو بزات خود 1 تکلیف دہ عمل ہے اس وجہ سے یہ ایک غیر اخلاقی طریقہ ہے۔اس انجیکشن کے صبح شام بے دریغ استعمال کی وجہ سے پیدا ہونے والی صبح شام کی یوٹرس contraction جانور میں بلآخر بانجھ پن پیدا کر دیتی ہے جس سےنارمل جانوروں سے لیکر اچھی نسل کی بھینس یا گائے بچہ پیدا کرنے کی صلاحیت سے محروم ہو کر گوشت کے بھاؤ بیچ دی جاتی ہے، جانور کی نارمل زندگی بھی اس ہارمون کے بے دریغ استعمال سے کم ہوجاتی ہے، جانورکا زیادہ دفعہ بچہ پیدا کرنے کی صلاحیت سے محروم ہونا بھی اسی ہارمون کا مرہون منت ہےکیونکہ آکسیٹوسن کا اندھادھند استعمال جانوروں میں ہارمون کے بیلنس کو خراب کر دیتا ہے، یہ انجیکشن ساڑو mastitis کا باعث بھی بنتا ہے کیونکہ ہارمون میں بگاڑ دودھ کی اجزائے ترکیبی کو قائم رکھنے والے سیلز میں بھی خرابی پیدا کر دیتا ہے جسکا نتیجہ ساڑو کی صورت میں سامنے آتا ہے، اسکے علاوہ جانور کے حوانے کا بیلنس خراب ہونا بھی اسی انجیکشن کی زیادتی کا ہی شاخسانہ ہے۔

دودھ کے ساتھ انسانی جسم میں داخل ہونے کے بعد یہ ہارمون برے طریقے سے انسانی صحت پر اثر ڈالتا ہے۔ آکسیٹوسن سے نکالا گیا یہ دودھ انسانی جسم میں موجود ہارمونز کے بیلنس کو بھی خراب کر دیتا ہے، اس ڈسٹربنس کی سب سے بڑی مثال بچیوں کا بہت جلدی بلوغت کی عمر کو پہنچ جانا ہے، ریسرچ کے مطابق اس سائنسی ایجاد کے بعد لڑکیوں کی بالغ ہونے کی عمر 16 سال سے کم ہو کر10 سال تک پہنچ چکی ہے، چھوٹی عمر کےلڑکوں میں gynaecomastia یعنی نوعمر لڑکوں کے سینے پر عورتوں کی طرح کے ابھار پیدا ہونا، اسکے علاوہ چھوٹے بچوں کی کمزور بینائی آنکھوں کی کمزوری، چھوٹی سی عمر میں چہرے اور جسم کے دوسرے حصوں پر بالوں کا،اگائو، جسم میں طاقت کا محسوس نا ہونا ہر وقت کمزوری محسوس ہونا بھی آکسیٹوسن کے اثرات ہیں۔ حاملہ خواتین کے اس دودھ کے استعمال سے پیدا ہونےوالے بچے میں پیدائشی نقص، قوت مدافعت کی شدید کمی اور ڈلیوری کےوقت خون کا زیادہ اخراج بھی اسی انجیکشن کے دودھ کا شاخسانہ ہے۔ یہ تمام نقصانات انسانوں اور جانوروں کی صحت کی خرابی کا چھوٹا،سا نمونہ ہیں مگر اصل میں یہ نقصانات اپنی Slow Poisning اور ہارمون ڈسٹربنس کی وجہ سے کہیں زیادہ ہوسکتے ہیں۔
اس پوسٹ کی وساطت سے آپ تمال لوگوں سے اپیل ہے کہ اچھی نسل کے جانوروں کو بچانے اور پاکستان میں جانوروں کی پیداوار کو بڑھانے کے ساتھ انسانی صحت کے نقصانات کو بھی مدنظر رکھ کر اس عمل میں اپنا کردار ادا کریں.

OF FRACTURE #

SIMPLE - A clean break across the bone, separating it into two pieces.

MULTIPLE - More than one fracture site, with substantial distance between each.

COMPOUND - The bone fractures and breaks the skin causing a open wound which leads to the fracture site increasing the chances of a infection occurring.

COMMINUTED- The bone is shattered as opposed to cleanly broken. There are often more than two or three fragments involved.

COMPLICATED - This is where a bone fractures and damages/breaks/punctures a blood vessel, nerve or organ situated around the fracture site. Example: Ribs breaking and puncturing a lung.

OBLIQUE - A break in the bone which is diagonal along the bones axis.

GREENSTICK - Incomplete break of the bone which are usually seen in the young animals as their bones are not fully developed.

AVULSED - When a part of the bone is torn away from the main mass of the bone, usually due to extreme muscle pull.

OVERRIDING - The bone fractures and one of the fragments slips over the other out of place.

Sarcoptic mange is caused by a parasitic mite (Sarcoptes scabiei) that burrows just beneath the surface of the skin. It is important not to confuse sarcoptic mange with demodectic mange, which is caused by a different parasitic mite.

"Sarcoptic mange is a zoonotic disease or a disease transmissible from pets to people.".?

These mites bury into the skin of healthy adult dogs and puppies, and feed on material in and on the skin. Sarcoptic mange is also known as scabies and is zoonotic, which means it is a disease transmissible from pets to people.

What does it do to the dog?
The presence of the sarcoptic mite causes intense itching. The dog will chew and scratch its skin constantly. This leads to the loss of large amounts of hair, especially on the legs and belly. Eventually, the skin will become thickened and will darken.

Is it contagious?
Yes. Sarcoptic mange is highly contagious to other dogs and humans.

Although sarcoptic mites are not able to complete their life cycle on humans, they will cause severe itching until they die.

Since the mite may be found in areas where infected dogs or foxes frequent, keep your dog away from these areas to attempt to prevent infection.

How is sarcoptic mange diagnosed?
Diagnosis is made by a skin scraping examined under the microscope. It is common not to see sarcoptic mange mites when performing a skin scraping. This is because the mites burrow deep into the skin and it takes only a few mites to cause significant itching.

Just because no mites are seen, does not mean your dog does not have sarcoptic mange. A presumptive diagnosis may therefore be made, based on clinical signs. Sarcoptic mange may occur in any dog at any age.

How is it treated?
There are several medications that are effective against Sarcoptes. Your veterinarian will discuss the best treatment for your pet's condition and lifestyle. Treatment varies from medicated baths and dips to injections. Many pets will require a combination of treatments to resolve this infection.

Topical treatments may be divided into two categories:

1) Dips. Some of the dips that are used to treat Sarcoptes include amitraz and lime-sulfur dip.

2) Topicals. Medication applied topically to one or two spots while the animal is dry. These medications are applied every 14-30 days or as your veterinarian recommends. Some examples of these topical medications include Inj:Doramax, Inj:Dectomax, Frontliner Spray among many others.

Contagious Ecthyma is a highly

contagious skin disease commonly seen in goats and sheep. The disease is found worldwide and is caused by a parapoxovirus. The disease is often more severe in goats than in sheep, and kids and lambs are more susceptible to the disease than adults. Contagious Ecthyma is known by several other names including orf, scabby mouth and sore mouth.

What are the symptoms in goats?

Jansen, OMAFRA. muzzle approximately 4-8 days after the animal is exposed to the virus. These blisters then become crusty scabs. Lesions can also be seen on other parts of the body including face, ears, teats, feet (coronary band), v***a and sc***um. Severe, painful lesions in and around the mouth of kids may prevent them from nursing or eating. Does with sores on their teats (particularly teat ends) may refuse to let their kid(s) nurse. This may lead to kid starvation. Most adult goats with lesions around the mouth will continue to eat and milk well. However, secondary bacterial infections may invade teat lesions resulting in mastitis in the doe. Lesions on the feet may cause lameness. Uncomplicated lesions typically heal within one month. Animals with weakened immune systems may show more severe signs of disease.

How does it spread?

The disease is spread via direct contact with an infected animal or indirectly from a contaminated environment (equipment, feed troughs, bedding). The virus enters the body through broken or damaged skin (e.g. coarse feeds that cause abrasions to the inside of the mouth). Nursing kids may spread the infection to the udders of susceptible does. The virus remains viable on the skin for approximately one month after the lesions have healed. Not only are scabs that fall to the ground a source of infection, but carrier animals, those that appear healthy but shed the virus, can also spread the disease..
