This sighting absolutely blew my fragile little mind!
This is a male Leucistic Yellow-Tailed Black Cockatoo

We were driving home from my parents place and my son fell asleep in the car so we thought we would drive the long way home and jeez I'm glad I did! I spotted this amazing bird on the opposite side of the highway so I quickly pulled over grabbed my telephoto lens, dodged the traffic and crossed over just in time before it flew off far into the distance.

What a buzz!
