Teat Fistula in a Buffalo. A case of buffalo was presented with complaint of milk leakage from side of teat canal. It was 4-5 days old case according to owner. History of traumatic injury through stick. Skin was necrosed.. Buffalo was restrained properly. Locally ring block anesthesia infiltrated to desensitized the area. Surgical debridement was done. Tissue was freshened and fistula was repaired by absorbable suture. Topically BIPP was prescribed for healing of the tissue and to avoid flies infestation. Certificate of achievement ❤️😍
Online course with quiz on topic of Companion Animals (Cats🐈 & Dogs🐶)endoparasites. (80/100).As a vet advised to owner do regular deworming. There are number of endoparasites like round worms, tapeworm, hookworms that affect your pet health leading to diarrhea, dysentery , vomiting, poor growth rate, etc.
Another take home message for pet owners ap apny dogs ; cats k b deworming kry because when babies are present inside mother body than parasites may transfer from mother to babies through placenta (In utero transmission in our vet language) Some parasites also transfer from mother to newborn babies through milk.
Sometimes cats eats infected rodents or birds that is also source of parasitism.
Treat fleas and lice if you see at hair coats of your pets. Do treat fleas and lice as well by using sprays.Sometimes if cat or dog eat fleas or lice this is also source of parasitism

"Kennel Cough":A Labrador dog was presented to me with complaint of persistent coughing. Dog was non-vaccinated. I did physical examination there was no any kind of obstruction (choke). Another dog breed of Rottweiler living with Labrador breed was also suffering from coughing. This cough is honking type cough. The family fave two dogs only: and both were not vaccinated. First of all one dog was suffering from coughing like that than after 2-3 days next dog was suffering from this cough. So diagnosis was done "Kennel Cough" viral infection. A very fine treatment was done. Positive feedback from treatment and dogs recovered successfully after appropriate treatment.

A Teddy breed goat of 5 years old age suffering from dystocia was presented to me (19/10/2024) at late night. Hx revealed that goat delivered two alived fetus yesterday but unable to deliver third dead fetus .
Local para vet tried to remove the fetus manually by cutting head but not succeeded due to oversized of dead fetus. I was called for that case. I have only Emergency C-section option. Consent form was taken from owner. First of all Shaving of hairs from surgical site. Clean incision site aseptically with pyodine. Local anesthesia using Lignocaine 2% was given locally at incision site to desensitized local area along with inverted L block approach was used . I gave incision at skin with surgical blade #22. Facial layer, then muscles layers than move to abdomen to uterus. Give inscise to body of uterus removed oversized dead fetus. Wash uterus with Normal saline. Sprinkle inj.penbiotic 5 gm locally and Closed uterus with Cushing over lembert suture pattern using vicryl as a absorbable suture .Closed peritoneal cavity + muscles layer through vicryl + locally sprinkle inj. Penbiotic than subcut than outside skin sutures with silk.. post op. Painkillers+ antibiotics + multivitamin. Sutures will be removed after 7-10 days.

Alhamdulillah!. ♥️😍 I am very happy and blessed after successfully completing my M.PHIL degree in Clinical Medicine and Surgery Department, University of Agriculture Faisalabad.
All tasks assigned from supervisor (mentor) were completed with honesty. All credit goes to my parents for their unwavering support and alongside support of my all teachers, especially my supervisor Dr.Mughees sahib.
Saying good bye to university is very tough for me because in this university I spent seven years (5 years DVM degree+ 2 years m.phil degree). I learned a lot from my teachers and colleagues.
One thing that I will miss💔😢 that is outdoor clinic where animals like pets (cats; dog) small and large animals come for general check up and surgeries; because my passion with animals will never get end... I learned a lot from clinic being a student I shall advise to all junior friends; students just spend few hours at least 1-2 hrs daily on outdoor clinic hospital to keep polishing your forever skills.... Degree is exceptional that is requirement but if you don't have skills you are just wasting yourself..Hand on training of clinical cases journey was started (Aug 2020- Oct 2024) at Veterinary medical teaching Hospital (CMS)outdoor clinic as a regular student; as a vet..
Remember me in prayers... And thanks to all of you for reading this ❤️
