اسلام آباد ٹریفک پولیس اہلکار نے آج ایک نوجوان کو جس کے ساتھ اسکی فیملی کی ایک عورت تھی، نوجوان کو گریبان سے پکڑ کر گھسیٹتے ہوئے گاڑی میں ڈالا اور پولیس اسٹیشن لے گئے، وہ بہن منتیں کرتی رہ گئی کہ خدا کے لیے چھوڑ دیں، مگر یہ بزرگ اہلکار بمہ نوجوان اہلکار اسے گھسیٹ کر لے گئے، یہ وہ ٹریفک پولیس ہے جس کا کام صرف گاڑی کا چالان کرنا ہے آج انکو بھی طاقت کا ٹیکہ لگا کر یزیدیوں میں شامل کر دیا گیا ہے جس کا چاہے گریبان پکڑیں جسکو چاہے سڑک پر رسوا کریں کوئی پوچھنے والا نہیں.
ٹریفک پولیس کا یہ عمل قابل مذمت ہے کسی بھی شہری کے ساتھ ایسا سلوک غیر قانونی ہے
امید ہے یہ ویڈیو دیکھنے کے بعد اعلی افسران اس کا جلد نوٹس لیں گے۔

ہولی کا منایا جانا یا لوگوں کا سبمیرین میں مارا جانا ثانوی (secondary) اہمیت کی چیزیں ہیں ، جن کی حیثیت بہت بعد کی ہے۔
اصل مسلہ یہ ہے کہ ہم اپنی نسلوں کو نہ اللّٰہ کے دین کا صحیح عملی تصور دے سکے ہیں اسی لیے آج یونیورسٹی میں ہر دسواں بچہ نظر یاتی ملحد اور ہر دوسرا بچہ عملی ملحد ہے۔
اور دوسرا ہم بظاہر دنیاوی لگنے والی نظریاتی اقدار یعنی حقیقی جمہوریت ، قانون کی بالادستی ، عدل و انصاف کو اپنے معاشرے میں انسٹال کرنے میں نہ صرف خود بری طرح فلاپ ہو چکے ہیں بلکہ اپنی نسلوں کے دلوں سے اپنے حق کے لیے کھڑے ہونے کا شعور بھی کھو چکے ہیں۔

جس معاشرے میں اللّٰہ کا نظام اور زندگی کی بنیادی ضروریات کے حصول کے لیے لوگوں کو بے بس کر دیا جائے پھر وہاں ہولی منائی جائے یا ویلنٹائن ڈے کوئی فرق نہیں پڑتا۔

History:

10-Day old Patient was presented with complaint of Scour for 2 days.

Previous Medication: Oral Rehydration and Marbofloxacin. No response was observed.

Physical Examinations: Abdominal Distension (by Succussion) and Bloat was detected.

Keeping in mind the below attached Blood Chemistry and Gas analysis, Give your opinion, tentative diagnosis and suggest a treatment accordingly.

Valentine's Day - An Opinion

Although the analyzing the topics of Dating and Relationships is neither my cup of tea nor my area of expertise, it is noteworthy that the nature of Valentine's Day is becoming increasingly societal rather than individual.

Those who defend the celebration of Valentine's Day argue that it is an extremely personal choice, and that it does not equate to engaging in immoral physical relationships with the opposite gender. According to them, wishing one's spouse a happy Valentine's Day is an expression of love and should be embraced, rather than resorting to extremism and aggression.

While those who advocate in negative the celebration of Valentine's Day argue that it is a foreign culture and that we should not let foreign values seep into our very existence. However, there is a counter-argument based on the case studies of great nations that have been open to foreign cultures for thousands of years and have thrived as a result.

Following strategy can be taken by those who consider themselves responsible:

1) People with lack of iman specifically don't need it to be Valentine's Day to engage in immoral activities . If you stop them at 14th of Feb, they will do the same on some other random date. Developing the actual sense of spirit of Faith and Iman by Spiritual and thought leader can strengthen ability to fight urges and preserving yourself for your spouse.

2) Rather than distributing scarfs, Institutions should conduct workshops on how to train your mind to think that other gender is a human being not some alien around whom you have to behave awkwardly. How to accept the existance of other gender and respect them as "individual". How to let your desires not overcome your eyes and mind even if you are feeling somewhat attracted while talking to other gender.

3) Encouraging the youth to understand that being in Relationship is not just a garnishing feature which you can use just to feel good at moment when you want. Rather, it is like a never ending full time job. The other holds full authority to destroy your peace or swing your mood at any moment. There will be times when you feel bored or trapped, your personal liberty would be challenged to a significant level. But still you will have to account yourself bound and responsible for rest of your life. No matter what. The pay you have to pay for enjoying privileges of relationship may see much more bigger than privilege itself.

4) Developing understanding among youth that partner is selected on the basis of his/her value systems not by the filter-applied face.

5) Financial Stability and freedom of choosing career of their choice - so they consume more of their energies in productive things rather than wandering around with lust

6) Last but not the least, Making Nikkah essay. But this step is secondary. First , we need to ensure that the candidate is perfectly able enough to understand and act upon 3rd and 4th point. Otherwise, you will making marriage of an animal.

"The idea that paraveterinary workers should not be allowed to perform veterinary practices is misguided and undermines their valuable contributions to the field. These individuals, who have received extensive training and have years of experience supporting veterinary practices, are fully equipped with the knowledge, skills, and passion to provide high-quality care to animals.

Denying them the opportunity to perform veterinary practices not only limits their potential but also restricts access to veterinary care for animals in certain areas. The shortage of veterinarians is a well-documented issue and allowing paraveterinary workers to step in can help address this problem. By allowing them to perform routine procedures and tasks, veterinarians can focus on more complex cases, increasing the overall efficiency of veterinary practices.

Moreover, many countries have already successfully implemented models where paraveterinary workers perform veterinary practices under the supervision of licensed veterinarians. This system has proven to be effective in delivering quality veterinary care while addressing the shortage of veterinarians.

It is time for us to recognize the valuable contributions of paraveterinary workers and give them the opportunity to perform veterinary practices. While ensuring that all practices are performed in accordance with strict regulations and under the supervision of licensed veterinarians, we can leverage their expertise and experience to the benefit of animals and the veterinary profession as a whole.

In conclusion, the notion that paraveterinary workers should not be allowed to perform veterinary practices is not only unfair, but also dangerous to the welfare of animals and the credibility of the veterinary profession. It is our responsibility to support these individuals and allow them to contribute to their fullest potential."

>Dehydration:
Dehydration is the medical condition arising when the total water content of the body is reduced. It is a dangerous problem because dehydration puts many organs and tissues under strain; normal body function is disrupted and a vicious circle of adverse effects can be set up, leading ultimately to death after several days. Dehydration is common in older cats with poor health. Cats, being small animals, are prone to the effects of dehydration quite quickly if they stop eating and drinking. Also, repeated vomiting and diarrhoea can rapidly bring about dehydration. Many diseases can lead onto the problem as a complication, e.g. Diabetes, Kidney disease, overactive Thyroid gland, infectious diseases. In fact, cats ill for almost any reason may show some degree of dehydration if they have stopped eating or if they have vomiting or diarrhoea. Overheating and stress can also cause dehydration.

>Signs suggestive of severe dehydration:
• Lethargic/depressed cat
• Reluctant to eat or drink
• Little urine output
• Sunken, lack-lustre eyes
• Skin remains tented up when pinched gently, instead of springing back down quickly
• Dry, tacky gums
• Frequent vomiting or diarrhoea

>Urgency:
Mild dehydration is not urgent, and often resolves quickly if the underlying problem (e.g. a high temperature) is treated. Mild dehydration is probably only likely to be picked up by a veterinary surgeon after a clinical examination. More severe dehydration is inevitable if there has been no food or fluid intake for 48 hours or if there is frequent vomiting and diarrhoea. Severe dehydration must be corrected quickly if organ damage is to be avoided.

>First aid & nursing:
If the cat is vomiting frequently, seek immediate attention from the vet as it is likely that any attempts to encourage eating or drinking, or syringe feeding, will simply result in more vomiting. If vomiting is not present, or is infrequent, the dehydration can be prevented from worsening by encouraging fluid and food intake. Water or electrolyte replacement drinks are suitable, and tempting foods can be tried, e.g. warmed sardines in tomato juice, cooked chicken, etc. If the cat will not eat or drink voluntarily, it may be possible to syringe feed with about 5mls of fluid every hour or so. The best solution to use is an animal electrolyte replacement drink, obtainable from veterinary practices or sometimes large pet stores. However glucose solution (1 teaspoon glucose powder to 1 pint [560 ml] water) and human rehydration drinks, such as Dioralyte, are also suitable in the first aid situation.

>Veterinary treatment:
• Severely dehydrated animals are treated using intravenous fluids to be supplied to the animal without the necessity for eating or drinking. This requires hospitalization and observation and observation and is often a lifesaving procedure.
• At the same time as the animal is being rehydrated, tests will usually be carried out to discover why the dehydration has occurred in the first place, and then treatment for that problem started as well.
• If a dehydrated animal requires surgery, it is safest to correct at least part of the dehydration before embarking on major surgical operations, otherwise complications are likely. This may mean that the surgery is delayed slightly while the fluid balance of the cat is improved in preparation.

>Related or similar conditions:
Appetite (abnormal)
Diarrhoea
Kidney disease
Vomiting.

Joint effort by Veterinary Doctors, Soil Scientists and Agricultural Experts and Nutritionist might relief the poor farmers but the policy makers seem busy in playing musical chairs for securing their regimes

Untill then the consultation by Veterinarian seems the only option the farmer have.
