1. Kittens are booked on first come first served basis.
2. If you need to book a kitten, you will have to pay TOKEN MONEY.
3. Kitten will only be booked as token money received.
4. Token money would be NON REFUNDABLE would only become refundable if the kitten dies after the booking.
5. Booked kitten should be picked on the date agreed after that date booking will be cancelled and token money as well.
6. We would like our customers to make as many visits or video calls as they wish before booking because once kitten adopted cannot be returned.
7. Adoption charges always be final bargaining wouldn't be appreciated.
8. Complete payment to be done at the time of receiving kitten.
9. Kitten wouldn't be delivered until/unless they are self dependent on food.
10. Kitten at the time of delivery will be at it's prime condition i.e. the kitten wouldn't be ill or sick.
11. If you're not in Karachi or Hyderabad and want to adopt a kitten ask your friends or relatives to do a favor for you.
12. In case of cargo complete payment which includes kitten's cost, cargo charges, transportation charges, and jet box/cage's charges have to be paid before the transportation of kitten.
13. We will provide you OWNERSHIP CERTIFICATE of your name.
14. We provide whole cat accessories grooming products, feeding bowls, bed, scratch post, collar, litter box, sand and cat food on extra charges.
15. Kindly read and follow all the conditions and don't proceed if any of the term is not acceptable by you.
