Terms and Conditions for Rearing Service

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE HAND
Exotic Aviaries will not be responsible for the fatality of any chick.
The weight of the chick will be measured once it is admitted for rearing and the condition of the chick.
The condition and the weight of the chick report will be sent to the owner on weekly basis.
If the chick catches any type of Severe disease the owner will be informed
The condition of rearing room will be uploaded very frequently.
Only chick above 25 day of age will be admitted.
Only chicks with a ring id will be admitted.
Charges may vary if there is a shortage of Hand Formula.
The charges for rearing will be taken at advance.
If the decided date with the customer of the delivery arrives and the customer gets late extra charges of 500 per week will be applied.
No customer will be allowed inside nursery premises to prevent bacterial spread.
Weak and ill chicks will not be admitted.
Primary medicine charges will not be charged.
Hand formula charges will not be charged separately.
In case of high congestion of work more chicks will not be admitted.
If the delivery date is delayed by Exotic Aviaries no extra charges will be applied for the rearing period.
