1. A neutered cat would be best. However arrangements can be made if the cat is calm.
2. Their full medical record, info on deworming ticks fleas and so on.
3. Food and litter needs to be provided.
4. Littering habits explained.
5. Period of time they need to be boarded, would suggest to keep it
