For some of my esteemed bird fanciers:
Land/property typically appreciates when held for the long term, whereas birds are often considered depreciating assets even in the short term. Comparing these two is challenging as they belong to different categories.
A person might retain a poor-quality property for five years and still witness gains, but in more than 95% cases value of birds tend to depreciate over time, even with short-term holding. one can make gains within this process not bypassing it.
Holding doesn't necessarily halt the supply. Value emerges when demand surpasses supply or when there's a reduction in supply. Please review and refine your understanding of economics.
