It affects the sole of the hindfoot and, less commonly, the front paws of rabbit. The cause is either pressure on the skin from bearing the body weight on wire-floored cages or trauma to the skin from stamping, followed by skin infection.

Several factors, including a buildup of urine-soaked droppings, nervousness, hind-end paralysis after a spinal cord injury, and the type of wire used, may influence development of this disease. Some time genetics are also involved.

Various agents can be used to clean the sores. Topical and injected antibiotics are also used.The rabbit must be removed from the cage or given a solid floor (board or mat) on which to sit or rest.

Microcytosis is a term used to describe red blood cells that are lower than normal. Microcytic anemias are caused by conditions that prevent body from producing enough hemoglobin.

Microcytic, hypochromic anemia, is the type of anemia in which the circulating RBCs are smaller than the usual size of RBCs (microcytic) and have decreased red color (hypochromic).

The most common cause of this type of anemia is decreased iron reserves of the body which may be due to multiple reasons. This may be due to decreased iron in the diet, poor absorption of iron from the gut, acute and chronic blood loss, increased demand of iron in certain situations

جانوروں کو دوائی پلانے کی احتیاطی تدابیر!

جانور کو سامنے والے دانتوں کی طرف سے دوائی نہ پلائیں ہمیشہ منہ کی ایک طرف سے جبڑوں کے پاس سے دوائی پلائیں۔
دوائی ایک دم نہ پلا دیں، جانور کو موقع دیں کہ وہ دوائی کو نگل یا پی لے

جس جانور کو نال یا دوائی کی عادت نہ ہو اسکا بہت خیال رکھیں کیونکہ ڈر یا جانور کی مزاحمت کی وجہ سے سانس کی نالی میں دوائی جا سکتی ہے. دوائی یا نال دیتے وقت کبھی بھی جانور کی زبان نہ پکڑیں
جانور کا منہ بہت اونچا کر کے نہ پلائیں
جانور کی زبان ہرگز ہرگز نہ پکڑیں
دوائی کی مقدار بہت زیادہ نہ ہو کہ جانور کا منہ بھر جائے اور وہ اس کو ایک گھونٹ میں پی نہ سکے
نال یا دوائی دیتے وقت جانور ہانپ نہ رہا ہو یا سانس نہ چڑھا ہوا ہو
جانور بے حال, نیم مدہوش نہ ہو جیسے سوتک کے بخار میں یا کیلشیم کی کمی کی وجہ سے
جانور کے ساتھ زبردستی بلکل نہ کریں، اگر وہ ڈرتا ہے یا مزاحمت زیادہ کرتا ہے تو کوئی اور طریقہ استعمال کریں

مرض کی شدت اس بات پر منحصر ہے کہ

1- جانور کے پھیپھڑوں میں کیا چیز گئی ہے،
2- کتنی مقدار میں گئی ہے اور اس چیز سے جانور کے کتنے فیصد پھیپھڑے متاثر ہوئے ہیں
3- کتنی جلدی اس مسئلہ کو سمجھا گیا اور علاج شروع کیا گیا

مرض کی پشین گوئی Prognosis:

سچی بات تو یہ ہے کہ شدید مرض میں جانور کا بچنا بہت مشکل ہے، اگر توڑی مقدار میں کوئی چیز پھپھڑوں میں گئی ہے اور علاج جلدی شروع کیا تو جانور ٹھیک ہوسکتا۔ اگر علاج دیر سے شروع کیا اور جانور کے پھیپھڑے زیادہ متاثر ہوئے ہیں تو نہ ٹوٹکوں نے کام کرنا ہے اور نہ ہی علاج نے۔
یہ بات واضح کردوں کہ ترقی یافتہ ممالک میں بھی اس کا علاج مشکل ہے، لہذا، تیل ، گڑ، بھنے ہوئے چنے اخبار میں لپیٹ کر وغیرہ پر مت جائیں، جتنی جلدی ہو مستند ڈاکٹر سے رجوع کریں۔

خدانخواستہ اگر آپ سے ایسی کوئی غلطی ہو جائے تو فوراً مستند ڈاکٹر سے رجوع کریں اور نمونیا ہونے یا مرض کے بگڑنے کا انتظار نہ کریں۔ ایسی صورت حال میں کثیر مقدار میں اینٹی بائیوٹک، سوزشِ کم کرنے والی ادوایات کا استعمال ہوتا ہے اور جانور کو بوتل یا ڈرپ بھی لگ سکتی ہے

اس مسئلے کو انتہائی سنجیدہ لیں اور وقت کا ضیاع نہ کریں

اگر جانور کے پھیپھڑوں میں دوائی چلی جائے تو یہ نشانیاں علامات ہوتی ہیں

سانس لینے میں دشواری، منہ کھول کر سانس لینا، منہ سے جھاگ، تیز تیز سانس لینا، جانور کا تکلیف میں ہونا، کھانا پینا اور دودھ بلکل کم کردینا۔ جانور کی سانس کی نالی میں دوائی چلے جانے کی علامت گل گھوٹو سے ملتی جلتی ہیں لیکن آپ کو پتہ ہوگا کہ میں نے کچھ دن پہلے منہ سے دوائی پلائی ہے کہ نہیں!

اپنے جانوروں کا خیال رکھیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ آپ کی جان و مال میں برکت عطا فرمائے

As it happened late night, Provided first aid and grabble with bleeding and on following day performed X-ray and necessary surgery to fix the fracture and kept him on IV line ..

Now Alhamdulliah, After a month he is able to eat and drink and coming towards his normal routine of barking and playing again..
