چڑیا گھر کے نام پر جو تفریح مہیا کی جاتی ہے وہ تفریح نہیں غیرانسانی عمل ہے، جنگلی جانوروں کو قدرتی ماحول سے نکال کر پنجروں میں بند کردینا اور وہ بھی پاکستان جیسے ملک میں جہاں جانوروں کی خوراک کے پیسے بھی انسان کرپشن کرکے کھا جاتے ہیں۔۔۔
جانوروں کا بھی اس دنیا پر اُتنا ہی حق ہے جتنا انسانوں کا لیکن بس وہ بےزبان ہوکر انسان کی انسانیت کے شوق اور تفریح کے نام پر ذلیل ہورہے ہیں۔ پاکستان میں جانوروں کی جو حالت ہے وہ ڈی جی خان میں شیروں کو دیکھ لیں کہ کس طرح ان کی حالت ہے، پھر اسلام آباد میں کاوان ہاتھی جو پاکستانی میں ذہنی بیمار ہوگیا تھا اور پھر اُس کو بیرون ملک بھیجا گیا اب اُس کی ویڈیو صحت مند ہیں لیکن یہ سلسلہ نہیں رُک رہا اور اب کراچی کے چڑیا گھر میں ایک اور ہاتھی انہی انسانوں کے ہاتھوں موت کے منہ میں ہے،
خدارا ۔۔۔ چڑیا گھر کے نام پر جانوروں کے قید خانے بند کیے جائیں۔ انسانی تفریح کے نام پر جانوروں کو مارنا اور پنجروں میں قید کرنا بند کیا جائے۔۔۔!

Islam and animals...

It is said there was a man reading from the Qur’an to a group of listeners in the desert. A sickly cat walked up to him sat down on the hem of his very precious robe and went to sleep. As evening fell, all were to return to their dwelling places. Silently, the man took a knife, cut off the hem of his robe on which the sick cat still lay sleeping, destroying the finest of robes and left the cat undisturbed.

This man lived the Sunnah of being kind to animals.

Did you know how Abu Hurayrah got his nickname?

The great Sahabi Abu Hurayrah (literally “Father of the Kitten”) was so called because he used to love cats and keep them. He became well known by this name and people forgot his real name, until the scholars disputed concerning his real name and there were nearly thirty different opinions as to what it was. Ibn ‘Abd al-Barr said in al-Isti'ab: “The most correct view is that his name was ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Sakhr but none of them disputed that he was Abu Hurayrah.”

📚 Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “A pr******te had once been forgiven. She passed by a dog panting near a well. Thirst had nearly killed him, so she took off her sock, tied it to her veil, and drew up some water. Allah forgave her for that.”
