At Pawltoo, our primary focus has always been on good quality pet food with a balance on cost. We started out as frustrated pet owners and rescuers constantly having to grapple with shortages of good quality pet food.

We’ve had one final import consignment come in that was not affected by the ban. While that is good news, unfortunately, it comes with an increase in costs, and therefore, prices. We’ve made sure to try and pass on as little effect on to the consumers as we are able to, but situation outside of our control means our hands are tied.

Despite that, we guarantee that as of today, we’re still the lowest priced brand in the market, and will continue to remain so. This price increase concerns and saddens us as much as it will you, and we will continue to strive for better prices should the situation improve moving forward.

Our updated prices will go into effect on the website immediately, and all our retailers have been notified of the same.

We appeal to the Government of Pakistan to kindly unban the import of pet food. Dogs and cats have very specific dietary requirements required for their healthy survival. When fresh food in itself is not a sustainable solution for so many hungry animals around the country, our customers who consist of pet owners, rescuers and shelters highly depend on the availability of the imported pet food.

Imported pet food has had decades of research and quality control practices which we here still have a long long way to go for.

So once again we appeal to everyone to help fight this. The lives of voiceless beings depend on it.
