I Diagnose on the basis of Walking position, Leg movement, Ligament Thickness that it may be an Upward Patellar Fixation.
I performed Medial Patellar Desmotomy after injecting Local anaesthesia.

Done with (OSCC) in Cow ( ).
A cow presented with history of wound in the eye with foul smell..
I examined clinically and diagnosed that its not a wound its an OSCC (Tumor)
that was starting from the base of eye to lateral Canthus of eye and covering the whole eye ball with Maggots infestation.
I managed with full care by applying and Local infiltration.Removed the dead tissues with . After surgery injected antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs through approach.

Alhamdolilah !
One day old calf referred to me with congenital defect of (Condition in which re**al opening is absent naturally and calves can't defecate)
that was already brutally treated with non technical person. Managed with full care by caudal epidural anesthesia and surgically made an alternate opening and sutured in circle form. Also Sutured prior cuts.
Now young one Feeling well.
