Yesterday October 1, 2025 Jane Goodall passed away due to natural causes. Jane dedicated almost 65 years of her life to animals especially the Chimpanzee's. She lived with them in the forest to study them and become friends with them. She learned chimpanzee's are not that different from humans. She recognized their sufferings and pain she listened to them and felt their needs while the world ignored them as if they were invisible.
Jane dedicated her life, her compassion without measure She has taught us to be more compassionate and become better humanitarians to make the world a better place for all animals. Jane's compassion, love and kindness will teach future generations to have the same love as she did. Jane founded the Jane Goodall Institute in 1977 to ensure her mission could spread around the world.
If anyone doesn't know the story of Jane Goodall's life please read her life story. Her life is so inspirational and is a great encouragement to all. I hope we all learn from her life and have the same compassion, kindness, and use our voices to fight and save the animals as her. She is a great example to honor her great work if we all become a voice and give the animals the life they truly deserve. Please be a voice for the monkeys, don't let their suffering and pain be invisible to the world.

RIP dear Jane Goodall may your work live on for many generations.

On 9/27/2025 another monkey has been abandoned in Savana. This monkey looks very different he is lost, confused and scared. His appearance may have been altered to make him look different and more scary to the monkeys. Its hard enough for a new abandoned monkey to be accepted in the group without altering his appearance more to make him be attacked. He is being chased by the monkeys they do not want him to join the group.

He has been named Athireach I hope he is accepted soon so he can begin adjusting to his new life.

Look who walked all the way to the Savana Group from the Carbzilla Troop (sarcasm) None other than Royston!! I wonder which Savana Team member helped him find his way. He was living a peaceful life by the Carbzilla Troop playing with his little pigtail friend and a new friend Oscar the Otter. Royston enjoyed his life of freedom without being harassed and abused. He won't be so lucky now that the Savana Team has their hands on him. Kosol was teasing and harassing him this morning. The abuse and harassment will not stop until the abusive cameramen are removed from the park. As long as people do not continue to report them to Apsara, the Cambodian Fisheries Administration, and Siem Reap National Police the abuse will never end.

Sorry Royston you have been found and your peaceful harassment free live has ended. Wish you well and one day soon you and all the monkeys will be free from the abusive cameramen.

Many people have reported and asked WLA to remove Balina, a 2 year old female stump tail monkey "to be with her own kind", "she's going to be aggressive", I don't like the way she looks", "she is going to breed with longtails or pigtails".
Balina has been with the abandoned pet monkeys and Amber Troop monkeys for 2 months. She has not been attacked and she is not aggressive they have accepted her well. Balina is starting to make friends in the groups, playing, exploring, swimming, and climbing trees. She is finally starting to feel accepted and more comfortable with the monkeys. She is living with her siblings Niron, Sakani, and Bopsa also with 2 friends that were abandoned shortly after her Samphas and Metrey. She as established friends and family that have protected her from the harassment of Yat Yus. Sakani when recovering from her in jury from a dog attack came to her warned Yat by giving him the grimace face and chattering to him. She hugged Balina and sat beside her until they walked away. Sakani has protected Balina several times as Samphas has also. Her foot was very badly injured assumed she was caught in a trap. While recovering she also came to Balina's aid when she was being harassed.
Balina has lived her life in the abusive home of Ky Sokkim until she was dumped into the Savana group 2 months ago to start her free life. She needs time to become more secure living in wildlife, learn how to protect herself, how to forage for food, and learn the monkey rules before taken someplace else. I wonder if anyone considers what Balina will go though if she is removed and placed with other monkeys that are living in the wild? Monkeys are not well accepted. They are attacked, injured sometimes severely or even killed. If they survive and are accepted the become the lowest in the troops and will eat what ever they can find or they starve die of a slow painful death.
Why can't people stop interfering in monkeys lives and let them live peacefully. Balina is not a threat and she will not be mating age for about 3 more years. She needs time to gain self confidence and become independent.
The closest sanctuary is Kulen Promtep Wildlife Sanctuary about 2 hours away. We saw a glimpse of Tom and possibly Sina earlier this year. Tom very thin and scared, Sina has been attacked and looked in a very bad condition. They are not rehabilitated they are taken and dumped survive or die?
It is nothing less than abuse to dump a monkey of any species without proper rehabilitation.
We just lost Joey and Obie and possibly 6 unconfirmed monkeys. Think about what they are going though and Joey and Obie are wild monkeys . It will not be easy for them to integrate into an area with other monkeys. Is this what people really want for a Balina?

Why does អាជ្ញាធរជាតិអប្សរា Apsara National Authority want to relocate the monkeys again today? Leave the monkeys alone in Angkor Park. The video shows King Joey.

Look who is back Royston !!! 9/16/ 2025. Either he was returned or he was exploring some where else when the cameraman visited. So happy to see this little guy is safe and back with his friend and Oscar the Otter. Hope they live a long happy free life together.

🥰Sweet family.Mama Lobby and her beautiful children Rainbow, Leo, and Lily.Mom Libby loves her children very much🥰.
Viewers are blaming Libby for abusing her children saying she has mental health problems. This is not true! The fact Is that Libby is being harrased and teased by dozens of cameramen every day! If this was happening to you then you would behave the same!
