1. Individual assessment of a kitten from a reported litter – 20 euros for 1 and 2 days of the Exhibition.
After September 26, 2024, it is not possible to withdraw the Cat from the Exhibition, and no additional requests will be accepted after this date. After submitting the application and placing it in the catalog, the Exhibitor is obliged to pay a fee for the Cat, regardless of whether the Cat will be assessed or absent/ FiFe Exhibition Regulations - chapter 1.15 points E
The original payment confirmation must be presented at the entrance to the Exhibition. If the payment is not made by the required deadline and there is no confirmation, Cat Club Sopot has the right to charge a fee according to the published price list.

Payment for the Exhibition before entering the exhibition hall, without additional fees.
Registration is tantamount to consent to the processing of personal data by the organizer of the Cat Club Sopot Exhibition and acceptance of all its arrangements. The Organizer does not provide chairs to Exhibitors. The judges' judgment is final and cannot be protested. Dimensions of exhibition cages for 1 cat: 60cm length x 60cm width x 65cm height. The cages do not have a full bottom.
NOTE:
1. Cages for registered cats will be prepared in sectors.
2. Exhibitors choose the sector and cage(s) themselves, depending on the number of cats entered.
3. It is the Exhibitor's obligation to hang the catalog number of the cat/cats on the cage (catalog numbers with tags will be in the envelopes with the Exhibition Documents).

RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION:
Only cats that are over 4 months old, are included in the Catalog and have undergone veterinary inspection can participate in the Exhibition area. In accordance with the applicable FiFe and FPL regulations, Cats must remain in cages throughout the duration of the Exhibition. Please submit your color request on the Exhibition application form. The sale of cats is prohibited at the Exhibition. An Exhibitor selling Cats on the Exhibition premises will be removed from the Exhibition and the Cats will be recorded as absent (also if the Cat has already been assessed).
The Organizer reserves the right to correct the Exhibition program.
VETERINARY CONDITIONS:
1. Cats participating in the Exhibition must be chipped (also applies to litters), healthy, free from infectious and parasitic diseases. They must have a health certificate issued by a veterinarian no earlier than 3 days before the EXHIBITION.
2. The exhibitor must have a health booklet or passport for each cat.3. Vaccinations against herpesvirus , calicivirus and panleukopenia are obligatory and must be performed no earlier than 2 years and no later than 15 days before the exhibition.
4. Rabies vaccinations are required for cats from foreign breeders. 5. White cats must have a medical certificate regarding their hearing condition (
FIFe Show Regulation 3.5).
6. Cats on display must have their claws shortened. ( FIFe Exhibition Regulation 3.4).
7. If, when admitting a cat to an exhibition or during the exhibition, a veterinarian detects disease symptoms in the cat, the cat, together with other cats belonging to a given exhibitor, is immediately removed from the exhibition hall. ( FIFe Exhibition Regulation 3.)
