🇵🇹 Alto Alentejo Natl Dog Show 2024 🇵🇹

Last weekend we drove to the south of Portugal to attend the Alto Alentejo Natl Dog in Arronches! It is one of our favorite dog shows, not only for the great show it self but also for the atmosphere and for beautiful village of Arronches (and food!)
Vee also performed great winning Best of Group and ending the day by going BEST in SHOW 🎉 🎉

🇵🇹 Fundão Ntl & Intl Dog Show 2024 🇵🇹

A little late but life gets busy sometimes! Last weekend we went to Fundao Ntl and Intl Dog Show in Fundao. First of all, want to congratulate and express my admiration for the great dog show that João Silvino Venâncio Costa and Gloca Correia (and their team) organized! The change of date, the change of venue, the date being in mid-august, outdoor show were all challenges but their care and respect for the owner/breeder and for the dog have prevailed and I think that everyone can recognize that! Plus a great panel of judges! Bravo 👏

🐶 Mó “Quinta do Pasto Flea Market” - still in baby class Mó did great winning the breed on saturday under Rui Gonçalves and ended up Best In Show Baby (BIS Baby) under Viva Maria Soleckyj Szpunar 🎉
He was also entered at the Special Terrier show organized by the Terrier Clube de Portugal where he was also BIS Baby 🎉

🐶 Sarah “Quinta do Pastor Femme Fatale” - also in baby class Sarah had her day on Sunday by winning Best of Breed Baby under Harry Tast (FI) and ended Reserve Best in Show Baby under Marianne Holm Larnemaa

🐶 Vee “Palomar Wishful Thinking” - Vee was only entered at Ntl and Intl dog show and as always she did great! Won the breed both days under Rui Goncalves and Harry Tast (FI) and topped the weekend by winning the Best of Group 🥇 under Tinna Taullos and Reserve Best in Show under Harry Tast! 🎉 🏆

🇵🇹 Terrier Natl Specialty 2024 🇵🇹

While we didn’t show on the weekend shows (Sintra Natl and Sintra Intl) we showed in the anual National Terrier Specialty (🏆 35ª Exposição Monográfica de Terriers 🏆) in Sintra, organized perfectly by Terrier Clube de Portugal on friday.

It was the first time out for one of our baby boys, Mó, that went all the way to Best Baby in Show (BIS Baby) 🏆

Still getting into shape and into coat after having puppies our girl Vee (Ch Palomar Wishful Thinking) did great at the most important show weekend of Portugal going Best of Breed on both and Best of Group on saturday and Reserve Best of Group on sunday.
