Did some major cleaning of leaves 🍁 🍂today and did storage of Dahlia tubers! I do that early as I prefer to get work done when it’s manageable cold! 🥶…There is still some work left for next few weeks! 😶. Meanwhile plucked some veggies and flowers ; This is almost the last harvest for this year !

-Lalique/Limassol Green Lettuce Head-30 kr
- Stelix Red Lettuce Head - 30Kr
-Edible flowers (Nasturtium,calendula,Marigold,Coriander flower,Mizuna flower) around 10-15 pieces -30 Kr.
-Mangold Bunch -30 Kr
-Italian Basil Bunch -30 Kr.
-Herb Mix (Italian Basil, Thai Basil, coriander , Mint,Thyme, Rosemary, CitronMeliss) - 30Kr

Reading some basics of 🧬 Biology!

Everytime I read about human body , I am amazed at these sophisticated mechanisms of nature - our bodies we have!
Look at the complex revolved structure of every single cell! Feedback loops, immunity training ….. endless list of such finesse! Wow ! 😲 🤯😇

And yet sometimes what do we make our beautiful bodies go through! Stress ,Trauma, psychological dramas damaging these beautiful bodies…

Note to self! Respect and nurture body,mind soul come what may.
