2023 sum up TEAM EXTREME!
The year began with the kennel parents setting the goal of qualifying Gambler for the IFR and if the qualifying period expires at the end of May... then it is only a matter of getting to more southern latitudes for training and competition at the beginning of March, to succeed it required 2 IGP2 starts over two weekends straight 🙈 to even be able to start to qualify 🫣
Most of the H-litter did their MT/Mental test for Swedish KORUNG during the year. Some have the exterior part left to get the KORAD title.
Extra and Sanna, also set their sights on the IFR and on April 1st they scored the first qualifying points!
Gambler and Ossian took the family on a European tour during Easter, we started with training and ZTP in south of Germany, some vacation and training in France and finally ended up in Holland and participated in the IGP CACIT Piet Hein - it worked out and they got their first qualifying point!
Illuminate and Bea made their Team Extreme debut at Muddy Paws, a k9 biathlon race! The same weekend, Hanna and Gripa competed in FH1 and slipped into the IGP FH1 qualifying list as a reserve!
Kennel camp was at the door and it started with I the litter doing their MH(mandatory mental test)! Then the success rolled on with a total of NINE Team Extreme dogs out on the IGP trial on the last day of our kennel camp, which also made Extra and Gambler ready for the IFR!
Electra and Anna-Carin participated in the IGP3 breed championship and landed in second place!
Heja and Åsa approved higher class tracking! And a little later they also started the breed championship in Higher class tracking and we were there of course cheering them on! 👏🏻
Both Grym and Electra have been out and started IGP3 during the year in the hunt for qualifying points but it hasn't quite made it all the way... Fighter, Groot and Gangxster tried IGP2 but didn't succeed. Helix tested on BSL1 but... New year around the corner = new opportunity.
IFR 🌍 championship! Gripa and Hanna became FH1 world champions 🏆
Extra and Sanna ended up in the top 10, Gambler and Ossian did nice B & C but did not succeed in the track. Sweden won team silver 🥈
Diamond and Diana chose to stay at home…but was qualified.
November and a final kennel camp and competition on "home ground" and once again NINE Team Extremers on field!! Of the IGP3 dogs, Diamond and Gambler got qualifying points for the IFR 2024!
The last IGP competition of the year at Tollarp, Gambler and Ossian have their two approved qualifying results for the IFR 2024 🤩

Fighter moved in with Cleo's family.
Race von der Barenau moved from Germany into the kennel.
Dusty, mother of D and F-litter wandered on
Due to the IFR qualification for Gripa, we moved her planned litter to 2024
Gandi was inseminated with Eico but unfortunately empty.
