Yesterday‘s workshop was so much fun and so educational and interesting. I learned so much and had even the honor to present a horse in the arena. Pomba the little cute mare did an excellent job!

After working very gentle with the myofascial system only a short time you can clearly see how the region where the “flow” was “stuck” the blood vessels became clearly visible showing that this region starts to receive all “goodies” it needs. With other words the “flow” was not stuck any longer. Only using your fingertips can make the magic happen. Not quick fix, no machine, no massage in the common way.

Finally we made it and our work on the response of the autonomic nervous system on equine massage treatment is accepted and will be published in Scientific Reports!
This will hopefully be just the beginning to further exciting projects.

Today’s treatment for this cute and lovely mare. Her name was “Coffee” and her nickname (translated from Swedish) Beanie. She really enjoyed her treatment and all tensions we found, were gone. Thanks for this lovely afternoon with lovely people including served coffee and “fika”. Looking forward to seeing you again 😍🥂

Equine fascia release therapy (EFTR) for two wonderful Lusitanos at Isis and Halperce were the lucky horses. As support for the treatment I applied also were it was most needed.
