Since our rooftop farm is directly exposed to sunlight, the installation of solar panels would be ideal to generate our own electricity and increase cost savings. All these beneficial fishing and vegetable cultivation activities reside at the top of BS Bendemeer building, where unused space is being utilized for greater good, to support our government’s 30 by 30 initiatives.
If you think this is big, we have much bigger plans for our new Downtown East farm site, with 44 of such fish tanks to be installed by early Q1 2022.

Taking you on a little virtual tour around our Bendemeer farm! The new rooftop aquaponics smart farm has started in operation for about 3 months. As you can see, currently only less than half of the entire area is operational as we are scheduling our produce growth to sync with the market demand, because we only give the freshest true organic vegetables to our customers and the community! As the system is new and stabilizing, our high-tech aquaponics farmers and volunteers are working hard to achieve the optimal crop growth. Nonetheless, we are glad to say, we are almost ready to be at full scale production for this site!
