To provide the best grooming experience for you and your pet, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or service changes (e.g., Basic Grooming to Full Grooming).

Giving us a heads-up allows us to manage our schedule efficiently, reduce waiting times, and provide the utmost care to every precious pup. It also helps fellow paw-rents looking to snag a grooming spot for their furry pals.

If plans change or adjustments are needed, please reach out to us at 9786 6707 or DM us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, any changes must be made before 7pm from Tuesday to Sunday.
