Breen Romaine Lettuces contain vitamin K, which is crucial in the prevention of blood coagulation issues. This water-rich food can also help curb hunger and encourage fullness! Albeit cosmetically unappealing, the brown in the leaves are NOT due to oxidation, they are in fact completely natural and healthy 💯

The leaves of Green Romaines Lettuces are crunchier and crispy as compared to the others. They are excellent sources of potassium and folic acid too 👍 This green also contains beta-carotene, which helps to maintain skin health and appearance! ✨ Additionally, consumption of this lettuce is useful in the prevention of cholesterol build up.

Oscarde Oakleaf Lettuces are rich in vitamin A (pro-vitamin caroteniod, beta-carotene)! It also reduces the absorption of cholesterol intake and provides antioxidants. When freshly consumed, the Oscarde Oakleaf Lettuce has a nutty and mildly sweet flavour 😋

Green Oakleaf Lettuces are great sources of vitamins A, K, C. It also contains Folate (Vitamin B9) which promotes the formation of red blood cells 🩸. It has bright green leaves which are sized medium to large. The leaves are firm and crispy, with a lightly sweet and nutty flavour! With time, a mild bitter taste may however be present.

Deer Tongue Bibb Lettuce, AKA Matchless Lettuce, is a loose leaf lettuce. Their pointed leaves grow outwards and upwards, wrapping one another to form a rosette pattern. The taste of the outer leaves are more tender as compared to the crunchier inner leaves. This lettuce contains vitamins A and C, as well as fiber.

Hakurei Baby Turnips are part of the Brassica family- which also includes broccoli, cabbage and kale. It is alternatively referred to as the Japanese Turnip. They are small and white, and it’s globe-shaped roots with a single straight tendril tail is similar to a radish. Often, it is known as the salad turnip because it doesn’t require cooking. Slightly sweet and fruity in flavour, the Hakurei Baby Turnips are low in calories and are excellent sources of vitamin C, B6 and E.
