Hello everybody. This is Moon’s Human. We are saddened to share that Moon passed on peacefully in her sleep this morning, 10 August 2023, at 16 years old.
She has been deteriorating for the past few weeks (losing weight, eating less, zero mobility) so we have been mentally preparing ourselves. We were deliberating whether to make that difficult call to put her down but her other Human (wisely) said that she will go on her own terms.
And she did.
We had an extended family gathering last evening for National Day and everyone got a chance to see her. She left quietly in her sleep which is something we are grateful for. She was the goodest girl right till the end. ❤️
Thank you all for following and loving Moon. We will miss her terribly but am comforted that she’s now pain-free. 🌈
