I was at the SFA workshop. I shared that "Thinking out of the box" is key to innovation, but let's not have to spend all the energy and creativity to fight and work around regulators and policies. Instead, let there be a sandbox environment we can innovate while not compromising safety and not have the burden to perfect all paperwork. After all we are just vegetable farmers....

Just 2 months since we first hoisted the full container load of materials up to the roof top...we are getting there... Slowly but surely the 1st of its kind, integrated roof top aquaponics farm is getting in shape and ready for full scale production. Stay tuned!

Friends from Storhub Toa Payoh's 1st attempt at designing and building their own aquaponics system. Excellent effort! We came with the seedlings to help them kick start their system. Great sharing of ideas and knowledge followed by a good dinner!
