Trung Pham has 20 years of his experience in strategic planning and program management with the focus on chain development, inclusive business, sustainable development, climate change and poverty reduction in Southeast Asia and Africa. Trung also possesses specific experience and expertise in projects relating to gender equity and inclusion of marginalized groups including ethnic minorities and people with disabilities.
Since joining the Global Coffee Platform (GCP) in 2019 as Vietnam Country Representative, Trung led, coordinated and managed GCP Vietnam programs and projects within Vietnam, developing the program strategic framework, monitoring progress of project activities, preparing technical proposals submitted to potential funders, representing the organization at international and national forums and conferences, and networking with various organizations and agribusinesses in the region to develop close collaborations and partnerships.
Trung holds a Master’s degree in International Development from International University of Japan and Syracuse University. Trung speaks Vietnamese and English and is based in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Jolene is the Head of Business Development at Nurasa (formerly Asia Sustainable Foods Platform), a Singapore-based company dedicated to inspiring people to embrace sustainable foods by accelerating access at scale across Asia. In her role, Jolene works closely with promising food tech businesses to facilitate new industry connections and scale their growth as they advance from product development and pilot launch to commercial scale-up. She provides guidance on how to leverage Nurasa’s end-to-end enabler, operator, and investor capabilities, including the pilotscale manufacturing facilities at Nurasa’s new Food Technology Innovation Centre (FTIC).
Driven by a passion for sustainable development and innovation, Jolene founded and served as CEO of Urban Tiller, prior to joining Nurasa. Urban Tiller is a farm-to-table agritech start-up that delivers fresh, safe and sustainable produce within eight hours of harvest, with the goal of improving the resilience of local food supply chains and consumer access to environmentally friendly options. During this time, she worked with over 20 farms in Singapore at peak and served more than 500 unique customers.
Jolene’s entrepreneurial experience led her to become a Venture Builder for AgTech at Singaporean innovation firm, RENERGii, where she managed and supported regional start-ups in scaling their innovation and operational capabilities. During her tenure, she co-built and supported the operations of Feedwerkz, an insect farming enterprise for sustainable animal feeds in Singapore, and helped to establish Mycovation, one of Asia’s first mycelium alternative protein start-ups.
Jolene received her Bachelor’s in Chemistry (Physical Science) and Comparative Literature from Yale-NUS College, and her International Baccalaureate from United World College of the Adriatic.

He is also driving two of Singapore government funded food initiatives, first as Director of Singapore Agri-food Innovation Lab (SAIL), and also as Scientific Director of Singapore Future Ready Food Safety Hub (FRESH). His food technology innovations have been extensively attracting global attention and active partnerships with food industry leading to consumer products development. The recent ‘Going Green’ programme by CNN described him as a Game-Changing Leader in the green revolution. His views on food tech innovations and food security have been covered regularly by major local and international media. He is also advisor/consultant to overseas universities, government agencies, food industry, and international organizations.

Ayaka Fujiwara is a Climate Investment Specialist at the Green Climate Fund's (GCF) Private Sector Facility, where she has been responsible for the origination and appraisal of private sector climate projects and programs since 2018. With 13 years of experience in corporate, fixed income, and equity investments, Ayaka brings a wealth of expertise to her role.
Prior to joining GCF, she spent most of her career as an Associate Director in Daiwa Capital Markets' Tokyo headquarters and London office, where she provided fixed income investment strategy and managed transactions with institutional investors. Ayaka also worked as a corporate governance researcher in an M&A consulting firm in Myanmar.
Ayaka holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Keio University in Japan, an M.Sc. in Finance from London Business School in the UK, and is a Ph.D. candidate in Green Finance at Inha University in the Republic of Korea.

Caleb Wurth serves as the Regional Director of Southeast Asia and Oceania for the U.S. Grains Council, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of U.S. corn, barley, sorghum and related products including ethanol. In this capacity, Wurth manages a regional team that identifies, designs and executes market promotion programs that foster the mutually beneficial trade of these products to the countries of Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Prior to the Council, Wurth held positions at Archer Daniels Midland as Grain and Co-product Trader and Manager of International Container Freight. Prior to ADM, Wurth served as a Series 55,63 and 7 certified Trader at J.P Morgan Chase Investment Bank where he traded commodity and equity ETF derivates.
Wurth holds a B.S. in Feed Science and Management from Kansas State University. There he published scientific research in Trans Pacific Feed Preservation and Particle Grain Size Analysis.

Mr. Hoang Thanh Vinh is a Program Analyst at the Climate Change and Environment Unit (CCEU) at UNDP Vietnam. Vinh is responsible for chemicals, waste, and circular economy and ocean portfolio at CCEU. Vinh has been recognized for specific expertise on waste and plastic, public-private policy dialogue, circular economy advocacy with strong partnership with Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Provincial People’s Committees, academia and other stakeholders.
Prior to joining UNDP, Vinh was a senior officer at Waste Management Department under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, where had 15 years extensive experience in the area of waste management, chemical remediation and the use of economic instrument in environmental management.
Vinh holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Coventry, UK (2007) and Degree of Environmental Science from Hanoi University of Natural Science (2004).

Mr. Rémi Nono Womdim is the Representative of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Viet Nam.
He previously served as Deputy Director of FAO Plant Production and Protection Division (NSP) in Rome, Italy from 2018-2021 and was also the Executive Secretary of the Rotterdam Convention-FAO. In this position, he supported NSP Director in providing strategic, managerial and technical leadership for the work of the Division in the area of sustainable crop production intensification and diversification. Prior to his assignment at NSP, he was FAO Representative in Cabo Verde (2014-2018), Programme Specialist (Seed Sector Development) and Agricultural Officer (Horticulture/vegetable Crops) at NSP in Rome (2009-2014).
Among his many achievements, Nono Womdim has contributed to the establishment of various multi-stakeholder platforms, provided advice to and guided the formulation of national policies and strategies for the development of the seed sector and the horticulture sector in FAO Member Nations in Africa, Caribbean, Asia and Near East. He represented FAO in the Coalition for African Rice Development (CARD) and advocated for smallholder farmers access to quality seeds of improved rice varieties.
