Did you know The Dog’s Out started way back in 2020?

When I was 18, I started this journey alone on account, I took in daycare during my poly holidays to pass time and charged crazy cheap prices (I’m sure some might remember) just to cover some costs.

It’s crazy how far The Dog’s Out have come, now I have graduated from poly and this passion of mine has turned into a living. This year, we are expanding to a shop space in Outram. Our pricing might have revised ever since but our intentions have always been the same — helping dogs and their owners.

Let's talk about:
🐕𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐊✨

I personally love decompression walks, let's leave aside structure and boundaries for now, (yes those are equally important too) but we'll leave that for another day.

I would like to tell you about my story instead; I used to dread walks with my pup, juggling with her reactivity & anxiety. Going bonkers seeing another dog, barking, jumping on hind legs, pulling, choking, just to name a few. It wasn’t something I was prepared for. I didn’t know what to do.

I tried various methods, before I knew what a decompression walk was we would just go out with a long line to a quiet open field, away from busy streets. I realized I no longer dread bringing my pup out, it felt good for once not to always be working on the problems at hand and to just; be together, be in nature, absorb the scents and be relaxed.

In the fields, she was without a care in the world, confident, loose, relaxed and most importantly, happy, and so was I.

Fast forward to today, we help pet owners bring their pups on half-day decompression walks in small packs of 4, around our small sunny island.
