We are SWIMMING in Lion’s Mane! If you want to get your Lion’s Mane DELIVERED to your door we are going to start making deliveries every Thursday! Delivery fee is $2, please reach out to us with your address and the amount you would like by Wednesday

1-5oz = $2/oz
6oz+ = $1.75/oz

We also have wholesale prices available for you local restaurants/businesses!

Hello everyone!

Some quick announcements:

If you’re in the Beaufort area, you can find our lion’s mane at the Coastal Community Market throughout the week, every week! It goes fast, so stop by sooner than later!

Secondly,

We will be at the The Market at Cedar Point and the New Bern Farmer's Market this Saturday! 😃

We’ll only have lion’s mane mushrooms, AND if you want to grow your own, come check out our mushroom blocks. They’re really cool to watch grow right before your eyes.

Ladies and Gents,

This Saturday we will be at the New Bern Farmer's Market! 🥳🎉

What we’ll have:

~14 lbs of king oyster mushrooms

~3 lbs of phoenix and pink oyster mushrooms

They’ll go FAST, so come early!

These past few months we’ve been M.I.A. from the markets due to us building out our new facility. Austin and I tackled 90% of this massive project ourselves, and as a result, it took a little longer than we expected. Mostly because we were teaching ourselves each job along the way. 😮‍💨

We are SO HAPPY to announce that the farm is complete, and everything works like a charm!

With that said, these next few weeks we will be tuning in the fruiting chambers for optimal growth. That means we may have more this week and less next week, or even no mushrooms to sell next week. Please bear with us while we get everything dialed in!

THANK YOU for supporting us along this journey. We are BEYOND excited to get back out there and provide these amazing mushrooms to our lovely community.

Lions mane, pink, blue, and yellow oyster mushrooms!
Sautéed up some of the oysters and put an applewood smoked salt from on them. It’s crazy how much they resembled bacon! Blew my mind. It is worth the try!
