#ไม่มีกฎหมายห้ามไม่ให้ให้อาหารสัตว์
#เมื่อไม่มีกฎหมายบัญญัติว่าผิดก็ไม่ผิด‼️
#ศาลปกครองพิพากษาแล้วว่า คนให้อาหารหมาแมวจรไม่ใช่เจ้าของสัตว์ และการให้อาหารหมาแมวจรก็ไม่ได้เป็นการกระทำผิดกฏหมายด้วย‼️
เทศบาล อบต. หน่วยงานปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นทั้งหลาย กรุณาไปทำหน้าที่ ดูแลสวัสดิภาพหมาแมวจร ตามที่กฏกระทรวงบัญญัติไว้ให้ได้ก่อนไหม ค่อยมาติดป้ายเตือนประชาชนด้วยข้อความที่ถูกต้องและถูกกฏหมาย
#หน้าที่ในการดูแล #ฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรค #และจัดสร้างสถานพักพิงสัตว์ ในพื้นที่ของตน เป็นหน้าที่ขององค์การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นครับ
ดังนั้น ทุกวันนี้ประชาชนที่ให้อาหารสัตว์จรทั้งหลายคือผู้ที่ทำหน้าที่แทนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นเสียด้วยซ้ำ
