ดำใหญ่ ลูกสุนัขที่เราพบระหว่างทางไปให้อาหารซึ่งมีฝีหนองขนาดใหญ่ ได้ถูกส่งตัวกลับไปหาแม่แล้วหลังจากที่ทีมสัตวแพทย์ของเราได้ดูแลเขาจนหายดีแล้ว เราพบเขาทุกวันและจะนำเขาไปทำหมันเมื่อมันโตขึ้นอีกหน่อยครับ

เมื่อ 2 ปีกว่าที่ผ่านมาเจ้าสุนัขสายพันธุ์ผสมเจ้าฝอยทอง เป็นสุนัขเร่ร่อนและได้รับบาดเจ็บ มีแผลติดเชื้อที่หลังของเขา ฝอยทองถูกพบโดยผู้มีเมตตาและพระภิกษุ เขาถูกส่งมาที่คลินิกของเรา และได้รับการรักษาทันทีครับ เดือนถัดมาเราได้ทำการล้างแผลเจ้าฝอยทองทุกวัน เขามีอาการเริ่มดีขึ้นใน 6 สัปดาห์หลังจากเริ่มการรักษา รวมไปถึงบาดแผลก็ดีขึ้นอย่างเห็นได้ชัด หลังจากนั้นเจ้าฝอยทองก็ถูกส่งกลับไปหาชายใจดีคนนั้นและพระภิกษุ หลังจากนั้นผ่านไปแค่2 วัน เจ้าฝอยทองทำให้พวกเขาต้องประหลาดใจที่รู้ว่าเจ้าสุนัขตัวนี้ได้เดินออกจากที่เดิมระยะทางไกล 6 กิโลเมตร กลับมาหาเรามูลนิธิฯ ซึ่งเป็นเหตุที่ทำให้เรายอมให้เขาอาศัยอยู่ที่มูลนิธิฯตลอดไปพร้อมให้การดูแลรวมไปถึงความปลอดภัยกับเขาด้วยครับ

Foi Thong, rescued over two years ago, was a stray with a severe, infected wound on his back. Found by a compassionate man and a monk, he was brought to our clinic for immediate veterinary care. For the next month, we cleaned his wound daily, and he began to heal. Six weeks after his treatment started, his condition had significantly improved, and he returned to the care of the man and monk. However, just two days later, Foi Thong surprised us all when he walked 6 kilometers back to the shelter, leading us to let him stay at the sanctuary permanently for continued care and safety.

เขาเป็นสุนัขที่เคยถูกกักขังในคอกสัตว์ในชุมชนของเราที่เรารับช่วงต่อเมื่อปี 2560 ครับ กับเวลาที่ไม่นานนักบิ๊กเมาท์กลายเป็นหนึ่งในสุนัขที่เข้าสังคมกับตัวอื่นได้ดีและมากที่สุดอย่างรวดเร็ว และแน่นอนครับว่าเราทุกคนตกหลุมรักและเอ็นดูเขา

เป็นเรื่องน่าเศร้าที่บิ๊กเมาท์ ติดเชื้อไวรัสหัดที่น่ากลัว ซึ่งมันส่งผลต่อระบบประสาทส่วนกลางของเขา ถึงเขาจะเป็นเชื้อนี้แต่บิ๊กเมาท์ก็อยู่กับไวรัสนี้มาได้อย่างยาวนานกว่าเจ็ดปี

Big Mouth passed away peacefully in his sleep last night.

He was a resident at the local dog pound when we took it over in 2017, and quickly became one of the most social dogs there. Naturally, we all fell in love with him.

Sadly, Big Mouth contracted the terrible distemper virus, which eventually affected his central nervous system. Despite this, he lived with the virus for over seven years.
He remained a happy, sometimes grumpy, but always charming gentleman.

In the evenings, he loved visiting my house for some extra dinner.
He enjoyed our walks, watch staff playing badminton and the company of people.

We will miss him deeply.
Rest easy, Big Mouth.

สแตนลีย์และแบมแบม คู่หูที่เราพบถูกทิ้งไว้ระหว่างทางไปให้อาหาร ยังคงอยู่ในคลินิกของเรา แบมแบมทำหมันแล้วและได้รับวัคซีนครบถ้วนแล้ว ตอนนี้สแตนลีย์ซึ่งถอดเฝือกออกแล้วต้องฉีดวัคซีนอีกรอบ เมื่อฉีดเสร็จแล้ว พวกมันจะถูกส่งกลับไปที่วัดที่พวกเขาอาศัยอยู่ครับ

อีกแล้วครับกับลูกสุนัขที่โดนปล่อยทิ้งอีกตัว ซึ่งเป็นวันเดียวกับที่เราพบลูกสุนัขสี่ตัวแรกในตอนเช้า เจ้าหน้าที่ของเราพบลูกสุนัขตัวน้อยๆ เพศเมียวัยประมาณ 2 เดือน เดินเตร่ตัวเดียวอยู่หน้ามูลนิธิในตอนเย็น จึงได้พาเจ้าตัวน้อยผู้น่าสงสารเข้ามา
ถึงแม้ว่าเธอจะไม่ใช่พี่น้องคอกเดียวกับเจ้าสี่ตัวแรก แต่เธอยังคงต้องอยู่รวมกับพวกเขาในตอนนี้ครับ เราจะดูแลเจ้าตัวน้อยสี่ขานี้ทั้งหมด พร้อมกับให้สัตวแพทย์ของเราตรวจสุขภาพ

เราตั้งชื่อเธอว่า "มาม่า"

On the same day we found the four puppies in the morning, our staff discovered another little girl wandering in front of the foundation in the evening. She was taken in by our staff and is around 2 months old.

เกือบสี่เดือนที่ผ่านมาที่เราได้พบสุนัขจรคุณแม่เมตตาในวันที่เธอกำลังคลอดลูกน้อย 7 ตัว น่าเศร้าใจที่ลูกน้อยตัวแรกเสียขณะคลอด ไม่กี่วันถัดมาตัวที่สองซึ่งไม่ค่อยแข็งแรงได้เสียชีวิตลง ในช่วงที่มีการระบาดของโรคลำไส้อักเสบได้พรากอีกสามชีวิตน้อยๆไปด้วยกันทำให้พวกเรารู้สึกสูญเสียและเศร้าใจเป็นอย่างมาก มีเพียงเชียริโอและสแน๊ปที่รอดชีวิตลูกสุนัขเริ่มรับวัคซีนรอบใหม่ ส่วนคุณแม่เมตตาเองก็ได้รับวัคซีนรวมครบคอร์ส อีกไม่นานเธอจะได้รับการทำหมันครับ

Nearly four months ago, we found Metta, a stray dog, in labor, giving birth to seven puppies. Tragically, one was stillborn, another died two days later, and a parvovirus outbreak took the lives of three more. Despite these heartbreaking losses, Cheerio and Snap survived and have restarted their vaccinations. Their mom, Metta, is fully vaccinated and will be spayed soon.

The tumor has gotten smaller, and his bloodwork has been stable throughout the treatment. We always test his blood before and after chemo to ensure he can safely continue, and so far, Dusty has been handling it quite well.

วิถีเส้นทางชีวิตของกู๊ดดี้ : เมื่อ 3 ปีที่ผ่านมาเราได้ช่วยเหลือกู๊ดดี้ ซึ่งกำลังท้องแก่และกำลังเดินไปมาตามถนนใหญ่ที่รถวิ่งพลุกพล่านกับขาที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัส จากการอัลตราซาวนด์เผยให้เห็นลูกสุนัข 9 ตัวในท้อง มีน้ำคร่ำอยู่ในระดับต่ำอย่างน่าตกใจ เราทำการผ่าตัดทำคลอดฉุกเฉินทันที และมีลูกสุนัขเพียงตัวเดียวเท่านั้นที่รอดชีวิตมาได้ ซึ่งเราตั้งชื่อลูกสุนัขผู้รอดตายว่าวินเนอร์ ส่วนขาของกู๊ดดี้ที่สาหัสอย่างหนักจำเป็นต้องตัดทิ้งครับ
ทุกวันนี้กู๊ดดี้ อาศัยอยู่อย่างมีความสุขและปลอดจากรถยนต์ที่คอกพักพิงคอกดั้งเดิมของเรามีเพื่อนสี่ขาขนปุยรายล้อมมากมาย ส่วนลูกชายเจ้าวินเนอร์ได้บ้านถาวรกับครอบครัวที่น่ารักในบริเวณใกล้เคียงคอกพักพิงที่เราสามารถเห็นเขาได้อย่างบ่อยครั้งครับ

Goody's Journey: Three years ago, we rescued Goody, who was extremely pregnant and running around a busy road with a badly injured leg. An ultrasound revealed nine puppies but alarmingly low levels of amniotic fluid. We performed an emergency C-section, and only one puppy survived, whom we named Winner. Goody’s badly damaged leg required amputation.
Today, Goody lives happily at our sanctuary, surrounded by many furry friends and enjoying a very good life. Winner found his forever home with a lovely family nearby, and we see him often.
