Previous post

I was found on the streets with a paw looking so bad they cannot show it to you!

From my lower front leg is not more left than bone, no skin and no paw, they are gone.

The dokter says he will have to amputate my leg and I need a lot of medication to save my life

Please help me so I will be operated today because it's a must. But my blood results and overall are very bad.

Please keep me in your mind while we hope for a miracle.

There was a big risk but he made it 🙏🏼.

He will have to stay in the clinic until Monday so that they can monitor him and his blood values.

He is castrated at the same time and now his healing process will start.

We knew there were risks with doing this surgery on Felix. But he wasn't in the condition that we could wait longer with the surgery. We had to take the risk hoping that his already weaker body could handle it. And in the first days it seemed that he could but sadly he started deteriorating on the weekend. We discussed with the vets and they told us what we had to do. And today we would take him to the clinic for further check ups.

Sadly Felix passed away overnight. His little body was too weak.

Good News on Felix's Recovery!

Hi everyone,
It's been four days since Felix's palate fracture surgery, and I'm happy to report that he's doing well!

He's currently being tube-fed every 3-4 hours, which will continue for at least six more days. The most important thing is that we're seeing positive signs of recovery.
Hopefully, in six days, we can remove the feeding tube, and he'll be able to start eating on his own again.

Unfortunately, we haven't yet been able to cover the full cost of his surgery and ongoing care. Any help, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.

We needed some time before we could share this with you.

But the time has come to share with you that Cosmo is no longer with us anymore 😭. Yesterday we found him in his forever sleep.

He was such an amazing soul who touched many of us. I'm glad that we had the time together that we had.

We need some time to recover from his loss. We won't forget you Cosmo 💓 you have proved to all that even the cats who are damaged the most have the biggest spark to live ✨

RIP Cosmo 🌈✨🕯️♥️

Hi, I am Felix and I talk a bit weird (and actually write this with speech impediment).
I am having some trouble with my mouth.
I have been here in shelter for a while now and I don't feel really well.
Despite all the love and medication I just can't seem to get better.
Now it turns out that my palate is broken and yes that hurts quite a bit, if I say so myself.
Now they want to do something about it, but when I heard how much it costs I immediately thought that's not in my piggy bank!!!
So do you want to help me so that I can just eat and especially enjoy my cat's life?

Today we proudly present our new logo. We are incredibly happy with the logo. It clearly shows that we are not an ordinary shelter, but a shelter for disabled cats.
