Gave this pup a new start! Hershey came extremely extremely matted. From the face, to all four legs, belly, to the tail...matted. Even poop trapped in the fur. :( Never encountered such a case before. It may sound unpleasant but I took up the challenge and couldn't leave him in that state. He immediately settled on my table after him and I had a chat about what's going to happen for the next few hours. He tolerated this shave down almost 2 hours and more.
