Spent substrate in the garden🍄‍🟫

Mycelium is truly the gift that keeps on giving. Once the conditions are right they keep giving us fruit for as long as it is fed.

This is pretty cool when you realise that after buying one of our oyster mushroom grow bags you can place the substrate in your garden and continue getting fruits for some time….rainy season is the best for this!

My first encounter with gully root was in Tobago many moons ago. I would never forget the way it made my nose burn standing close to a patch growing boldface in the gully. It’s such an interesting plant with many stories to tell🌿

It’s been too long since we’ve offered grow bags, but we’re back on track.

Oyster mushroom grow bags was always something we enjoyed sharing with our local mushroom community. Seeing the successes, assisting when advice and adjustments were needed; it was a pleasure at all points. So we’ve been thinking deeply about reintroducing this one of a kind experience of fruiting and harvesting your mushrooms at home.

We’ve done a small batch and will be introducing different oyster varieties and lions mane grow backs eventually. There are 7 more bags available at $100 per bag….looking forward to hearing from you🌞
