2 little dogs to Florida, the owner will pay $150 USD, for your assistance and expenses, for example, the porter.
The person holding the dogs is leaving in two weeks so we must find someone now.

A pet can not arrive in England without being attached to someone arriving there within 5 days.
the owner had to leave and I am asking anyone traveling to England to help. The dog is going as manifest cargo and the owner will receive it at the cargo department in England, so the traveler will not even see the dog since it will be in a different area.

l need assistance for anyone traveling to New York for a kitten. The kitten was rescued last week with a broken hip which appear someone beat her. She has a chance for a loving home in New York We are looking for anyone willing to help the kitten, flying with American Airlines or Caribbean Airlines.
Please contact me if you are willing to help the kitten get to her forever home, 682-4745. I will need at least 7 days to prepare all the paperwork.
Naturally, I would love it if we could get all dogs in the cabin but if not then at least as check baggage in the hold.
Thank you KLM Royal Dutch Airlines for allowing the sweet dog on the flight as checked baggage.
It is less stressful for owners and pets, than manifest cargo! It is less costly, less time at the airport, less paperwork, and most importantly less time for pets in the crate.
We checked the pet at the main terminal as check baggage, they took the dog to the plane an hour before departure, so he sat there in the air condition main terminal with Jeremy Lewis, out of the crate, until the handlers came to take him away.
The poor dog hated the trollery for it was very noisy, but calmed down once they took him off of it.
The layover was only an hour, so naturally, I was very nervous so the owner put things in place just in case the dog did not make the connecting flight.
I heard everything went smoothly and once they arrived in to the final country the pet was just happy to see his family, by the baggage area.
the owner ordered everything I told her to get and took the time to train the dog to drink from the bottle. The bottle is useless if they are not trained to drink from it.
Must make sure not only the crate is big enough for the pet that weighs 83.6 pounds but well hydrated. The total weight of the pet in the giant-size crate was 134.6 pounds
The handler went to measure the area to ensure the crate could pass to get it to the plane.

their policy is no different than KLM, COPA, and American Airlines from Trinidad.
Virgin does not fly here.
Caribbean is the only airline that will not accept pets in the cabin, but they have been great about accepting pets in the hold.
Frontier is coming and they are also so-called pet friendly, but again no different than the airlines that we already have here.

Thank you to everyone who shared my information about providing pet export services.
Please know that this is a service. My main concern is the welfare of the animals. No, they are not luggage and I would not place them in any box to ship out. I am very particular and I am not willing to take any chances. Airlines and countries occasionally do change requirements so I spend a great deal of time rechecking all my information. I will answer a couple of questions over the phone and anything more will require a consultation to ensure the owner understands that is accepted.
Their safe travel is my main concern.
Traveling with your pets? Before you book that ticket, please avoid holidays. The last week was a nightmare
If the pet travels as manifest cargo it must fly on a freighter flight it may not be operating.
If the holiday is close to a weekend please avoid it.
Thanks to everyone for all the positive vibe and the ground crew at Caribbean Airlines cargo, the freighter flight was in operation; she made it to Miami.
Everyone on the cargo crew is so helpful. I asked Sandy (my adopted family member lol) to help hold the dog while I prepared something before placing her in her crate. Sandy was happy to do so until she saw the dog. "No June, you did not tell me she was so big". The sweet dog stole her heart. Due to her size and weight, she could not fly on the same flight with her owner; they reunited at a cargo facility in Miami. Now, they are on a road trip to Pennsylvania. I only ship manifest cargo if I do not have any other choice.
It is more stressful on the pets. Just happy that the dog arrived safely.
I started shipping out only rescue dogs over 10 years ago, and as soon as it gets easier, I always get hit with a curb ball.
Countries and airlines are constantly changing requirements. My first priority is the pet's safety!
It amazes me when people who managed to do it once or twice to one country feel they know all the requirements.
Worst are the owners who see dogs on flights, ask the passenger a few questions and they can dog it themselves and get it all wrong.

If you are traveling with a pet, do not buy this brand! Many airlines are now starting to deny these because they are not very strong.
Dogs have even chewed their way out of these crates.
Yesterday a pet owner told me she brought one because the pet shop told her the one with the screws is not accepted due to it being difficult to get the pet out ?!!
When you press on the top of these, they easily bend down.

I always recommend this to all pet owners traveling to the US even though it is not required to enter the US from Trinidad & Tobago since it is rabies controlled country, it is required to remain in the US.
All dogs coming into the US from other countries must be at least 6 months old and microchipped to help prevent the spread of rabies, according to new government rules published Wednesday. The new rules require vaccination for dogs that have
CARIBBEAN AIRLINES & KLM from Trinidad are the only airlines that will accept pets in the hold as checked baggage or as manifest cargo in the summer, to all of its destinations.
Because I am usually on the road or dealing with clients, it is difficult for me to always read WhatsApp messages. It is best to call me.
Not in Trinidad but another option.
Presently, Caribbean Airlines will accept these breeds, but what to do if you are traveling to California, how to get the pet there from Miami, Orlando, or New York, CAL destinations.
Please do not buy these if shipping any pets abroad.
It is difficult to find the appropriate crates for shipping.
Especially when looking for giant-size crates for very large dogs.
Too many awful incidents have happened with these for they are not very strong. Many airlines will no longer accept these crates to ship.

I am grateful to the Sheppards for fostering my rescue and enlisting my service to get the two rescue dogs they adopted from the TTSPCA - Port of Spain Shelter to the USA.
When I met the dogs and their adopters, Carolyn and Kent Sheppards, I thought how lucky Holly and Lily were to enjoy their wonderful, loving lives. Holly and Lily flew from POS to Orland, traveling home on the road. The adventure did not end there; a few months later, they decided on a trip to visit family. They had a fantastic vacation, staying at pet-friendly hotels on their way to North Carolina.
Thanks to the TTSPCA for their hard work and dedication to all the animals at the shelter and the wonderful adopters. I love what I do, no matter how stressful it is.
True love and devotion to two rescue cats adopted from the TTSPCA.
They went to the TTSPCA - Port of Spain Shelter in 2021 to adopt a kitten, Aguero (gray tabby kitten), but another kitten was determined not to be left behind. Freya ( the calico kitten) picked the other person. She is unique; whenever someone goes by their home, she is there by the door to welcome everyone in. I love it when the pet owner contacts me to assist in traveling abroad with their pet, especially finding out their dedication to the pets. I understand how stressful it is to move abroad, especially when taking pets; I genuinely appreciate the owner's understanding and patience as I prepare everything for the pets. From the TTSPCA, they are now adjusting to their new life in Canada.
If traveling with a pet in the cabin, get your pet trained
More and more, the flight attendants are making it challenging.
I can understand some of their frustration; passengers getting unruly and dealing with barking dogs may proceed as aggressive does not make their job easy.
But to grab the bag from the owner and not expect the dog to react to being handled by a stranger is crazy.
I heard the dog was fine all the way until they boarded the plane.
Please prepare for the worst-case scenario to get the pet used to being touched by strangers.
Get them used to being in a bag. Most importantly, it can get stuffy and hot when there are too many items in the bag, so no toys and bedding other than what already comes in the bag can place a very light T-shirt that smells of you, NO FRAGRANCE.
This was not my case, but I need to be aware that they are placing stricter rules.
NO BARKING!
Moving to another country with a pet?
You must choose the right veterinarian.
Find out the type of microchip the vet uses if you can register it; otherwise, it will be useless.
(A pet was found roaming in the US, ended up in a shelter, and the owner could not be found since it was registered to the Veterinary Clinic (the clinic did not have it on file).
You do not want your pet placed in quarantine or have to pay a huge fine due to errors on the vet's documents.
Example: In the UK, the fine is 1,200 POUNDS. If there are errors on their Health Certificate, the pet may be quarantined, which will result in more charges.
People will tell me, but my vet has known my pet for years...
and have gotten into trouble upon landing due to errors or a lack of required information.
A pet owner called us last year, and we recommended Cunupia Veterinary Clinic or Pet Point in Central, but she did not take our advice. She sadly regretted it, for she could not get all of the pet's records that she needed abroad, not even the necessary documents.
We work with many wonderful vets willing to do the right thing.
We are not saying do not use your vet but make sure that when preparing to move, your vet understands the proper procedure and is willing to provide all that you need.

Happy ending for a very sweet dog Trinny rescued from Chaguaramas. Trinny had some health issues and mange which he has recovered from.
Richard said he was great in the car, they took him to a pet shop got him a new harness, and even introduced Trinny to their bird 😲

For a few years, these were the crates I used to buy to ship pets abroad. It was slightly cheaper than Petmate, love the little compartments to place some small items like collars & harnesses or food. These were the only crates I could find in the stores for a while.
Unfortunately, dogs have been able to chew their way out of these.
Due to the carelessness of the handlers in not securing other items in the hold, these crates have even gotten crushed by larger luggage or other items.

The next time you have to go to a veterinary emergency room and are mad that it is taking so long remember this picture. The next time you are angry with the vet assistants, the technicians, or the front desk for how long it’s taking for your dog to be seen for an upset tummy or to look at a torn declaw- behind the scenes we are desperately trying to stabilize someone else’s best friend. The next time you are yelling at the hospital staff for not bringing your pet out in ten minutes- because you “paid your bill so bring my pet out to me” - you really have no idea what is happening behind those doors. Please remember there is so much more happening that you don’t see. Next time you are angry and think I just need some medicine for your furry friend remember an animal Emergency room - we work just like a human emergency room; critical Patients come first. Every time you yell at us for the time it’s taking- behind the scenes we just preformed CPR for 15 - 30 minutes and then comforted and owner that just lost their pet. We are in the industry to be an advocate to those you don’t have a voice. The next time you go to an animal emergency room - we are doing the best we can- be kind, be compassionate, we are there to help.

European Union and Great Britain Pet Passports are provided for pets traveling in the countries involved.
The rules are very strict as for who can make documentation or enter any stamp on the passports.
Vets who are not registered as EU vets or GB vets can only document the deworming. Anything other than that will void the Pet Passport, which will be unacceptable.
I need this passed around to all the vets not to write in them but must provide their own vaccination card and if rabies vaccination is provided they must provide the owner a rabies certificate. Keep in mind it is a Certificate (not in letter format); it is good for the span of the vaccine if it is a 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year vaccine.
If it is the initial rabies vaccination then the validity is not the day the vaccination was given, for it can be 21 days to 35 days depending on the country
