Say hello to Skipper!

He is an older guy we saw, because of this laceration his mom observed on his back. He came in to us where he was stitched up and sent home.
We averaged this to take between 2 and 3 weeks to heal, and sure enough he is back to his happy mischievous self.

Did you know that following proper veterinary advice and aftercare instructions are even more important than the treatment or surgery itself! Kudos to his mom for being so diligent and careful in taking care of him on his journey to recovery ❤

❗❗ FOUND CAT ❗❗

This guy was brought in to us on Sunday night, after a client noticed him in distress. He was found in the harmony hall area, severely malnourished, with a head wound.

We average him to be between 2-4 years old, already neutered, responds to food in his bowl, accustomed to using litter and extremely loving. He has clearly been lost, and not on the road for very long.

He is currently boarded with us until his wound heals and his body condition improves. In the interim please share this post, incase anyone in the area may be missing him!

Let's help him get back home!

Somebody was very excited to get their check up, while another somebody has been dealt with a grave injustice 😶

Trixie and Riley are always a joy to check in on, and no matter how it looks, they both give us some love ♥️

Checking in on our older boy, because his mom noticed his ear was a bit uncomfy.
He has a pretty common ear infection and will be good to go in no time!

This papa is almost 16 years old, so his mom pays very close attention to his behaviors to make sure he is always at his best. We are so proud of both of them ♥️

Say hello to Yoda! His hobbies include lounging around and receiving love.

A few days before his 2nd vaccine, his mom noticed some changes in his eating habits and activity. This then progressed into vomiting and diarrhea 😰. We visited him and he was diagnosed with gastroenteritis.
Weighing in at a whopping 3 pounds at the time of his illness, his care was extremely critical! However over the next 2 weeks he made a great recovery!!

His vaccines are now back and track and he is living his best life 🥰🥰

Did you know that your ill pets should not be vaccinated? Any changes in demeanor or abnormal physical findings is enough for your vet to run further tests and choose to delay vaccines until your pets are back to normal.
So always remember to report anything you may find out of the ordinary to your veterinarian. It is always for the best!

This guy hasn't yet perfected the concept of gone fishing, and put his mom in quite a bit of panic! She brought him in to us right away and we sorted him out.

We saw this little bean for his two week check up and dewormer. He was not the least bit bothered that we were there. Such a care free guy!

This little girl is the newest member of our vet family. We saw her for her first ever puppy vaccine, check up and dewormer. She is such an excited, happy baby who is getting very good at her camouflage skills 👀

We look forward to seeing her more often ❤

Now providing free transport from the grass across the road back to your house 🙄

We saw Sophie on house call, because her dad noticed some changes on her coat condition and skin. These coincided with new food, so we started her on meds and diet restriction to aid in her food sensitivity. She will be good as new soon.
While we were there, she saw the perfect opportunity to speed through the gates and run down the road. Can you tell how proud she is of herself 🤭🤭

Say hi to Ozzy! Can you guess why he is judging us so hard? 👀🐶

Ozzy came in to us because his mom felt a swelling on his ear.
On examination in office, all Ozzy had was a mat of hair on his ear flap. Coincidentally his groomer appointment was postponed to allow him to visit us!!

It is very important if you notice something wrong with your pet, you have a REGISTERED veterinarian examine them. In Ozzy's case we suspected aural hematoma, however his issue was harmless. In some cases, without experience and proper diagnostics your pet may end up more at risk than before!

Little Zeus has grown so much since the first time we saw him! He is now 3 months old and just received his third vaccine, so almost done with his course! He is such a well behaved guy and we always look forward to seeing him ❤

Good morning!
This little girl spent the night with us, as she was spayed yesterday and her mom was a bit more comfy with us keeping her overnight.
She has been the perfect house guest, and kept so cozy all night! All ready to leave us this morning ❤
