The team consist of 6 veterinarians, 5 veterinary assistants and 4 receptionists. Diagnostics: Full in house laboratory able to do bloodwork on site and within the hour including:
CBC-complete blood count; chemistries-

liver, kidney, glucose, protein, etc; cPL-pancreatitis test; T-4-thyroid test; parvo test, tick fever test- erlichia and anaplasma.

🎄 Holiday Hours at Our Veterinary Clinic 🐾

As we celebrate the joy of the season, we want to thank you for trusting us with the care of your beloved pets throughout the year. To allow our team time to spend the holidays with their families, please note our adjusted hours:

• Christmas Eve: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Christmas Day: Closed
• Boxing Day: Closed

We will reopen with regular hours following the holidays and look forward to continuing to care for your furry family members.

We love puppies (like… A LOT 😍), but before you wrap one up with a bow, here are some festive Do’s & Don’ts to keep tails wagging long after the holidays:

🐾 Make sure the whole family is on board
🐾 Consider time, space, and budget (puppies = cute chaos)
🐾 Think long-term — this is a 10–15 year commitment
🐾 Gift a “puppy promise” (toy, collar, or adoption plan) instead of a surprise pup

🚫 DON’T
❌ Give a puppy as a last-minute surprise
❌ Forget about training, vet visits, and daily care
❌ Choose the puppy based on cuteness alone (they’re all cute 😉)
❌ Assume someone else will do the work

🐾 For Our Small Pup Parents 🐾
Did you know that many small breeds — like Yorkies, Pomeranians, Chihuahuas, and Maltese — can be prone to tracheal collapse or other breathing issues? 🫁💔

If your dog coughs (especially that “goose honk” sound), wheezes, or has trouble breathing when excited or pulling on a leash, it might be time for a vet check. Early care makes a big difference!

Tips for protecting their little airways:
✔ Use a harness instead of a collar for walks
✔ Keep them at a healthy weight to reduce pressure on their trachea
✔ Avoid excessive pulling, jumping, or rough play
✔ Limit exposure to smoke, dust, and strong scents

Our pups give us endless love — let’s make sure every breath comes easy for them. 💛🐶
