Dear all, Dr. Fossum will give her topic: “Diaphragmatic Hernia” at the lunch break tomorrow (April 29th). It will be an awesome non-stop veterinary surgical session from the morning to the noon!!!

感謝大家第二天的捧場。經過昨日猛爆性人流，大會小組已迅速應變請南二館改變桌椅排列方式到最高負載，但現場還是有幾場爆廳，只能說講師魅力太大了！

線上課程部分，重新調整後，相信大家今天應該就很順利進行了：）

由於開展前一天報到十分熱烈，大會小編們決定把報到處小小搬家一下~~
各位獸醫師們到四樓時看到有許多紅龍的地方就是報到處。

請先備妥您的報到信件QR Code(截圖或先高清列印都可以)，如果確定有收到報到QR Code，報名時也有留身分證字號的話，也能用身分證報到喔!

如果沒收到信或不確定是否有報名成功可以往左手邊INFORMATION櫃台查詢，另外確定已付款但沒收到通知信也請來這裡找我們，我們幫您看看!

現場報名的朋友請到左手邊櫃台填寫表單並繳費(僅收現金及信用卡)，就可以與我們一齊共襄盛舉WVAC的盛宴囉!!

【 WVAC 2023 Game Station 】
All the WVAC 2023 participants will get this cute stamp card with a gift bag after your registration at Taipei Nangan Exhibition Center Hall 2 floor 4. You only need to collect all the stamps from the exhibitors with match number, and show the card to the staff at the TVMA booth, then you “Gacha ball”!!! Prize in every ball; )

【Speaker Intro】

📍Economic animal – Dr. Olga Witkowska-Piłaszewicz

Dr. Olga Witkowska-Piłaszewicz graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Warsaw, Poland in 2016 with honorous and in 2019 she defended the PhD thesis also with honorous. Currently she is an assistant professor at the Institute of Veterinary Medicine at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in Poland.

In 2022 Dr. Olga Witkowska became an expert in the European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education (EAEVE) in the field of clinical science (companion animals) whose vision is that veterinary education is based on high quality standards, research and innovation. She is a Polish specialist in veterinary laboratory diagnostic. In addition, she is a practitioner in companion animals’ practice. Despite young age she is a well recognized specialist in immunology with a focus in equine exercise.

Dr. Olga Witkowska-Piłaszewicz於2016年以優異成績畢業於波蘭華沙獸醫學院，並於2019年以優異成績通過了博士論文，目前擔任波蘭華沙生命科學大學獸醫學研究所的助理教授，2022年她成為EAEVE臨床科學（伴侶動物）領域的專科醫師，也她是波蘭獸醫實驗室診斷專科，儘管年紀輕，她是公認的馬匹運動免疫學專家。

🔎 Back to the basics: What’s your Neurolocalization?
🗣 Hsuan-Ping (Sissy) Hong

In clinical neurology, disease of specific locations of the nervous system presents with distinctive signs. In this talk, we will use case-based examples to demonstrate the approach for neurolocalization, determine the lesions within either the brain, spinal cord, or peripheral nervous system (nerve, neuromuscular junction, and muscle), and discuss in depth some of the more common neuroanatomic pathways in clinical patients.

在臨床神經學中，不同位置的疾病會有不同的病徵，在此堂課中將會以臨床病例來講解神經定位、神經系統病變及常見的神經解剖路徑，對神經有興趣千萬不要錯過洪教授的這堂課🤝。

【Speaker Intro】

📍ER – Dr. Ta Ying Debra Liu

Dr. Ta Ying Debra Liu is a Diplomate of American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care. She obtained the Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State, School of Veterinary Medicine in 2005, and continued her training by completing a Small Animal Medicine and Surgery Internship at the University of Minnesota. She obtained board certification by the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care in 2012.

Dr. Liu has authored multiple manuscripts and textbook chapters on acute respiratory distress syndrome, fluid therapy, nutrition in septic peritonitis, feline spontaneous pneumothorax, and toxicities.

劉大瑩醫師2005年獲得愛荷華州獸醫學院的獸醫學博士學位，並在明尼蘇達大學完成小動物醫學和外科實習，於2012取得專科認證。劉醫師撰寫過許多關於急性呼吸窘迫綜合徵、液體治療、化膿性腹膜炎營養、貓自發性氣胸和毒性的發表與教科書章節。

【Speaker Intro】

📍Oncology – Dr. Takuo Ishida

Dr. Takuo Ishida is the son of Dr. Kiichi Ishida, a Professor of Veterinary Pathology at the University of Tokyo. After finishing his veterinary education at a private veterinary school in Tokyo, he then was accepted at the University of Tokyo, Graduate School for PhD degree.

Dr. Takuo Ishida was hired as the Assistant Specialist at the Oncology Section of the Department of Surgery, University of California, Davis, and started research in FeLV with Drs. Gordon Theilen and Niels Pedersen.

In 1998, he established the Japanese Board of Veterinary Practitioners (JBVP), and served as the President for more than 20 years. He is currently at Akasaka Animal Hospital in Tokyo as the Medical Director and is the President of Japan Veterinary Cancer Society (JVCS), and the Japanese Society of Feline Medicine (JSFM). He is also an Executive Board Member and the President-Elect at FASAVA while offering many CPD lectures in Japan, Taiwan, China, and Korea.

Dr. Takuo Ishida是東京大學獸醫病理學教授Dr. Kiichi Ishida的兒子，他畢業於東京一所私立獸醫學院，並於東京大學取得博士學位，隨後到UC Davis擔任助理專業技術人員，並開始研究FeLV，回到日本後，他回到母校擔任副教授，教授受到認證的臨床病理，並且繼續研究FeLV/FIV與FIP。

1998年，Dr. Takuo Ishida創立JBVP並擔任理事長超過二十年，他現在是JVCS與JSFM的理事長，他也是FASAVA的執行委員與理事長，同時還在日本、台灣、中國、韓國等地授課🧑‍🏫。
