Nick is a 12 year old gelding (freisian/quarter horse) located in Acampo, CA.
❣️ CONSIGNMENT HORSE ❣️

🌻 sound in all areas with no maintenance

🌻 can be ridden western or english (basic egg but snaffle for english/dressage or a 3 piece with a roller for western)

🌻super full mover, has a super comfy lope; however he has trouble staying in a frame at a trot/lope. so you have to slow him down and collect him and he’ll figure it out.

🌻 has a full set of shoes but doesn’t need them, he’s just always had them.

🌻 bathes, ties and loads well. a little ADD when standing still.

🌻 never offered to buck, rear, kick or bite. he’s got a wonderful temperament and just wants a person and a job!

Best suited for an intermediate rider who knows how to slow down and collect. He is a big boy and moves big so not good for littles.

Updates for all my clients: I have spots opening throughout the week for lessons and training sessions ranging from ground work to under saddle. Beginner to advanced.

Picked up two new clients, Tasha and Looker and we are currently building Looker’s top line so she can feel and look her best self as she is an older gal. Tasha needs to lose weight and tone muscle to continue being the wonderful mare she is. Below is a picture of our first ride together under saddle, she neck reined and had a nice W/T/C under saddle. Going to be some great mares once we’re where we need to be.

Today I was working with a client horse who last week wouldn’t let me catch her once off the lead line. Today we tried the same thing again and it was a world of difference. Slow and steady is the best way to establish trust and teamwork. It’s not a dictatorship. She’s an older mare with previous training that we just need to bring forward with consistency.
